I wish I could rate this apartment in negatives in terms of livability score, Safety and WFH score. The association here is absolutely biased, they will pressure you to keep only house maids that they recommend, if not, they will create every possible issue. They keep a watch through maids on what is happening in each house which is a threat to privacy. They have no respect for women, If you are a working women it hurts their ego, Everyone is a male chauvinist in this society. Personal Advice: Dont even consider staying here if you are well off/working women especially. Also, if you do, Be careful from the association family, the project manager. This housing is not safe.
