Ever time it rains there is a leak on the ceiling. The bathroom faucets are pertually leaking. The tiles laid on the floor are of poor quality and stained. Brought it to the notice of the builder several times but no body is looking into it. There is absolutely no seating arrangement down, incase the elderly want to rest while walking, or even if someone gets injured. They are only focusing on the property being sold rather than providing proper amenities to the purchasers. Very sad state of affairs
