Good things here
The Build quality of Sun Simpolo is amazing and top notch as there was no leakage and seepage issues in the society,Rooms were spacious and balcony were attached.Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors.24 hours water and electricity supply is available in the society.Local tranport was easily available and society was neat clean and well maintained. Proper ventilation and sunlight is available.
Things need improvement
The main drawbacks faced is that the Metro faciltiies are not available near by the society.There is no amenities in the society only one small park and lift is available in the society.Power back up connection has been given to common areas only and does not cover the whole society.

Connection from this place is quite good. Almost all public transport is available from this place. People of this place really lead a healthy and happy life around here. Local facilities are also good here.
