Good things here
I'm pleased to say that garbage collection is done on a daily basis, and it's always up to date. It's reassuring to know that our environment is kept clean and tidy. One of the great advantages here is that we rarely experience power cuts. And if by chance there's an issue, it's promptly addressed and fixed, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. Having a nearby market area that's amazing is such a convenience also all public transports are easily accessible. It's wonderful to have access to shops and amenities just a short distance away. I appreciate how proactive the maintenance team is. They respond promptly to any concerns or issues, ensuring that everything is well taken care of in our society.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the performance of the security guards over time. Initially, they were good, but now there's no approval request process at the main gate for anyone entering the society, which is concerning for our safety. Additionally, the infrastructure of the society is showing signs of wear and tear, with cracks in the walls and a significant amount of seepage and leakage issues. It's something that needs to be addressed to maintain the integrity and appearance of our living spaces. Another disappointment is the absence of amenities like a swimming pool and gym area. While they may not have been promised, they're often considered basic facilities in modern societies, and their absence is felt by the residents.

Venus Park Heights is one of the most attractive places in Ahmedabad that provides amazing facilities around this place. This is a perfect place for modern infrastructure. Safety and security are good here.

Electricity and water supply are good and regular here. Outside areas are really big. Halls are available for functions. Several reputed organisations are located near this place. People are nice and cooperative.

People are able to fulfil their dreams of buying a house in this place. The facilities available in this place are really great. Amenities are nice here. Construction quality is also nice around this location.

There are cameras installed in this society. Rooms are quite large here. People are really comfortable with life here. Parking area is quite spacious and large in this society. Pollution level is quite low.
