She said woh pehle rehte the Venus parkland society mein almost 6 saal pehle. Connectivity me public transport, autos wagera mil jata tha. Log ache rehte the society ke. Private vehicle ho toh connectivity acha tha.

Aas paas ki locality achi nahi thi. Mall nahi tha paas mein. Construction quality was just average. Seepage ka issues aata tha. Amenities mein swimming pool, gym kuch nahi tha. Street dogs ka sabse zyada issue tha ke hum neeche hi nahi jaa paate the. Water quality ka bhi issue hua tha beech mein.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with buses and autos being easily accessible. The construction quality is satisfactory. Neighborhood is friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals and events together. Schools and hospitals are also available nearby.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. we have discuused the things with the maangemnt but nothing sorted yet.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos available nearby. Maintenance is also good with proper cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues. There is a park. Residents are decent and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
In our neighborhood, there is no gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse.It would be nice to have these things to make our community more fun and healthy.

There are no power cuts, and connectivity is excellent with markets, malls, schools, and public transport nearby.

In our Q block, there is a severe problem with leakage, and there is also a significant issue with street dogs, which often bite people. No one dares to walk alone as the dogs freely roam around and defecate anywhere. The security is inadequate; guards often sleep until 11 AM and do not pay attention. While there is cleanliness, it is not maintained well. There are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym in the society. Parking is also problematic as it is not maintained, and people park wherever they want.

Metro is just 2km away from the society , autos and rikshaw are easily available outside the society, the flats are properly ventialled in the society, the neighbours are quit helpful and friendly

In some of the flats there is a issue of ceiling and seepage , there is no amenities in the society like gym, clubhouse , swimming pool , there is only one garden available in the society

Connectivity bohot badiya hai society ka, society is located in the heart of the city. Socially well connected hai, railway station, airport sab paas mein hain. Aas paas traffic ka issue nahi hai. Garbage collection hota hai. Water supply 24/7 hota hai. Power cuts bhi nahi hote hain. Log acche hain saare, cultural events hote hain saare wahan.

Jab baarish hoti hai, toh wahan waterlogging ka issue hota hai. Construction quality is average, jaldi jaldi cement wagera jhadhta hai agar kuch bhi kaam karao toh. Kahi kahi jagah seepage/leakage ka bhi issue hai. Amenities like gym , swimming pool nahi hain society mein.

Society ke log bohot achhe hai , sabhi eksanth festival manate hai , ek dusre ko help bhi karte hai .

Metro nehi society ke asspas , seepage and leakage ka issues hai . play ground small hai . facilities kuch bhi nhi hai, barish me road me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai . street dogs ke bohot problem hai society ke andar ajata hai or residnt ko attack karta hai kabhi kabhi.

Connectivity me public transport available hai , metro bhi 1-2 km hi door hai- market bhi hai paas mein. Road pehle theek nahi the , ab theek hogaye hain. Maintenance theek hai. Parking area & garden hai society mein.

Mondays ko office timing evening me traffic ka issue hota hai because peeche railway crossing hai. Stray dogs ka issue hain yahan. Monsoons mein thoda leakage ka issue hota hai. There is no swimming pool & gym in society.

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Banquet hall and garden is available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Plumbing lines needs to be improved. Sometimes leakages from pipes happen as it is very old.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transportations are easily available. The water supply received is good inside the society. There are no monkey issues inside the premises of the society. People have celebrations in the society, festivals are celebrated together.

The construction quality of the society is horrible, poor quality plaster is used, there is a lot of seapage, leakage and termite issues that are faced frequently in this society. The quality of walls is not good at all, the materials used to construct the society is very poor and it's a very bad investment to buy an apartment in this sociery with such bad construction quality. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is not available in the society. There is only a common hall present in the society but we donn't have access to that. The maintainance is horrible, the gardens are not maintained at all, hygine issues are faced in the society. There is a lot of street dog issues inside and outside the society. The society have got pets, and their owners spoils the society by littering the pets anywhere and it is not cleaned on time. People are not at all friendy in the society.

The maintenance charges weren't excessively high, and we received services on time. the neighborhood still had good connectivity.

The construction quality suffered due to dampness issues, There were no facilities like a gym, playground, or swimming pool. the roads weren't well-maintained outside the society, resulting in waterlogging during rainy periods

Good things here
Outside the neighborhood, it's easy to find public transport like autos, buses, and cabs. The maintenance is taken care of well; we have housing services in the society. Garbage is collected in the morning, and cleaning is done by housekeeping in the afternoon. People here are friendly, supportive, and educated. CCTV cameras and lifts work well in the society. There's a new road outside, so we don't have issues with water logging. We have a gym in the garden area, cricket box, and a big community hall in the area. We celebrate all festivals together. Finding domestic help and connectivity are the things I like most about the neighborhood.

There's a water leakage problem on the first floor. The society doesn't have a swimming pool.

Schools, hospitals, shopping complexes, malls, everything was available around the society it self so the connectivity of the society was actually good, cab and other public transport bhi mil jaata tha.

When i was living their seepage was an issue jo rehta tha, when i was staying in the society toh bahar vaala road ban raha tha jiske vajah se bohot shor or bohot dust rehta tha. society bilkul bhi green nahi thi, dust hmesha rehta tha and the society was not at all peicefull the society had a lot of yung people toh vahan music noice bohot zada rehta tha.

It's been 10 years since I've been living in this society, and the connectivity is excellent. We have easy access to everything around the area. Schools and hospitals are nearby, and local transportation is readily available. The construction quality is great, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the society. The residents are friendly and cooperative. There is also a security guard available at the entrance, ensuring good security. Cleanliness is also well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
The main complaint I have about this society is regarding the amenities they offer. While they provide amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area, they are not up to standard in terms of maintenance and equipment. Moreover, there are many dogs roaming around the campus, which poses a safety risk for children playing in the area. This is the only issue I would like to emphasize about this society.

The society is on the main road. the connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. There open spaces available in the society. The People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society

Sometimes lifts does not work properly. The constructuion quality is average in the society as it's a 10 year old building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society.
