It's a vast community with a clubhouse, parks, swimming pool, gym, and walking areas. The residents are friendly, cooperative, and kind. There are various recreational options like spending weekends by the swimming pool, playing games, or enjoying a movie night in the theater. The ability to book the theater for personal use is a plus. The car parking system is efficient, and the overall structure of the place is well-made. It's considered one of the best places in Marol for a good and comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
Negative points are quite rare. The absence of nearby shops requires a 5-minute walk for essentials. There's a specific time allocated for playing within the society. The clubhouse is somewhat small compared to the society's size, and due to its vastness, finding an empty space is challenging. Additionally, there is some noise from roadside vehicles.

It is a good security community. The society has a lot of amenities. The clubhouse is equipped with gym, pool, badminton court, squash court, steam, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor play area. It is one of the best societies in Carol, Adhere East, Mumbai. ,
Things need improvement
There is a problem with leaks on the top floors during rainy seasons.

Good things here
The construction quality is impressive, and the neighbors are fantastic. Festivals are lively with lots of activities. The club and pool area are major attractions, offering stunning views from balconies and the clubhouse. Connectivity is excellent, with the metro just 5 minutes away, the airport 15 minutes away, and most shops nearby. Vacant Oasis is considered the most luxurious project in the entire Adhere East area.
Things need improvement
The builder promised two clubhouses for a society with 19 towers and 10,000+ members, but only one was provided. Additionally, the construction of an unplanned tower is blocking the view of phase 1 buildings, leading to resident dissatisfaction. There seems to be ongoing silent protests by residents opposing the new tower construction. It appears the promised luxurious features have not been fully delivered, causing frustration among the residents.

Living there provides a strong sense of security with guards monitoring CCTV cameras. The overall area is safe, and children have a great time playing in the park and enjoying the swimming facilities.
Things need improvement
One drawback is the limited availability of auto-rickshaws since the building is a bit inside the area. Autos don't frequently come inside unless they are dropping off a customer there.

The society is well-maintained with ample parking space. Security services are good, and the children's area is properly maintained and kept clean by the cleaning staff.

Improvements could be made to the gym by adding more equipment, and there should be more games in the clubhouse for the children. Additionally, more lifts are needed due to multiple rooms on each floor. Overall, everything else is good.

In Carol Adhere East I'm staying in one of the finest quality constructed buildings build in Carol area. One of the well-developed society with all amenities are available within the society itself. There are good parks in the society where children can play games and there is huge clubhouse over all the indoor games facilities are available. About transport facilities are easily available like auto cabs taxis etc. are 24/7 available and public transport is also available like metro local train and even airport is 2 km from vacant oasis. There are good schools are colleges are also available in nearby areas n Well constructed roads are there infant of vacant oasis society.,
Things need improvement
There are no significant issues in the area. Occasionally, there are short-term problems like traffic jams, especially during the rainy season when roads can get slushy. However, these issues are commonplace across the country. Overall, the experience in Vacant has been good so far.

The neighborhood is spotless, with well-maintained gardens and parks. There's minimal electricity shortage, and convenience is at its best with vegetables available within the apartment complex. Additionally, grocery shops are easily accessible, making it convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
Cab drivers often face difficulty as there's no direct exit for them once they enter the society. Consequently, many drivers refuse to go inside when you're visiting someone in the apartment. Additionally, the maintenance charge is on the higher side, which can be a concern for residents.

The quality of work is excellent which is a major criterion for end-users to buy a house. The open space in society is never seen before. The parks and even driveways are wide and perfect. If my calculations are correct it would be one of the best societies. The amenities which are being developed will be very useful in the coming days.,

The project faced significant delays, which is its main drawback. However, the construction pace has improved lately, though there's still some way to go. If the builder maintains this progress, the initial disadvantage could be overcome, making it potentially one of the finest projects.

The 2BHK units here offer almost 1100 soft of carpet area out of the total 1350 soft, which is quite spacious compared to other projects. Additionally, this project has a low density, meaning there are fewer flats in relation to the overall project area.

This society is a well maintained amenity like green garden area and kids play area and ample space for vehicle parking... More shops are near to this .located at premium location so that everything is reachable to our hands... society has a good well-trained staff and security. And no one is allowed without residents permission... No need to worry about security.CCTV cameras are there at every imp places.as a tenant, I never faced any issues till now with the maintenance staff or anything.it is very affordable society to live in for above middle class. Building quality is also good point to consider.24hours power backup is there. Restaurants and medical shops and some emergency services also u can get quickly.so, overall I am having a good experience.,

Actually, the power DG charges are quite a bit high compare than to regular.and in summer u will face power off problem rarely...so u can expect a high power bill(DG) during summer... Nd the balconies provided in the flat are very small to dry the clothes in winter.these flats are not vast followed flats(if u believes in vast)...,

Overall a super good investment. We have been to multiple visits to the site and the Sales team is so responsive and helpful. Metro Station, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Schools are very near.

Neighborhood is posh and safe. Some water logging problem during monsoon. The construction is strong and the interior is spacious enough to design as per our need. I like the overall construction.
