Good things here
Hospitals are near the society, roads are wide not water logging problem is face till yet. Cleanliness is taken care of, Whenever plaster issue occures it gets easily resolved, Gym, Swimming pool are there, Festivals are celebrated here, every residents participate in events.
Things need improvement
Building construction is going on in another wing, also sometime plaster falling issue occured.

Facilities like gym, swimming pool , clubhouse sare easily available hai . log bhi achhe the sab co-operative hai sare eksanth festival manate hai .

Construction quality achhi nhi hai seepage and leakage issues hai . barish me roads me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai . network ka bhi issues hai thoda bohot .

Construction quality in and around the society is good, metro and other public transports are also available easily. proper cleanliness and herein is maintained in the society
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the building is not that good, have issues related to termites, webpage, and water leakage, quality of the POP used is not good. and have cracks and gents as well. maintenance team of the society is not that active, issues are not resolved on time there is always a delay in their service, and most of the time no action is taken by them despite of multiple reminders.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good the roads around are well constructed. water and electricity maintain a good supply. metro is near the society and cabs and other public transport are also available at all times. the society has a gym and playground while the clubhouse is under construction. the society's mainnenance staff is good, keep it clean and functioning smoothly. .
Things need improvement
Due to construction going around the society, so theirs a lot of dust and pollution around.

There is a hospital around the society and the roads are very well maintained.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not good, if the lift is faulty then it takes at least 10 days to be used properly, there is a problem of seepage, and the material used for building construction is very bad.

Desing is very nice. location of the society is best. coneectivity is very nice , like nearby market,school,hospital.

Leakage,seepage,paint problem in the society in rainy season mainly. maintenance is very bad.there is no park,swimng pool,gym,club house.

A very big basement parking area is here, where you park your car and bike .

Society maintenance & cleanliness is the only plus point, Location of society is also good i.e. on the main road.
Things need improvement
Not enough play space for children, just a small park which is also not maintained. Poor construction quality, people are tired of seepage issue.

The project started almost 13 years back when I booked a flat here still waiting to get possession. The flats and towers which were handed over are in poor state there is no common facilities which was promised.

Good things here
It's fantastic to have cabs, buses, and cars available whenever you need them. With a market area nearby, everything you need is within reach. Plus, the people here are friendly, and they celebrate all the functions with great enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
The construction quality here is extremely poor, and the buildings are in very bad condition. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or even a garden, which is disappointing. Additionally, some people in the area are not friendly at all, making it an unpleasant place to be.

Connectivity wise the society is very good as the public transport is easily avaliable all around the society and school. hospital and market are at the radius of 1 to 2 km.

The only drawback of the society is that it is under construction so there is lot of dust all around the society.

Auto-rickshaws are available around the society, and the maintenance of the society is decent because all services are provided on time, and the maintenance charges we pay align with the services we receive. There is a park and gym available, and both are functional. The residents of the society are friendly, cooperative, and get along well with each other.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station available near the society, so one has to take an auto for metro connectivity, and buses are also not readily available. The construction quality is extremely poor, as all the work done in the flats such as painting, plastering, fittings in the bathroom and kitchen, and woodwork is of very low quality. There are significant issues with seepage and leakage. Amenities facilities are not available as everything is still under construction.

She did not give any positive point related to society. Neighbourhood just a little good in society.
Things need improvement
There is no connectivity in the society like metro, market. There is a huge problem of drainage, seepage and leekage in building due to which there is dampness in flat. She complained year ago, nothing happend.She wants the problem should be fixed as soon as possible.
