Even tough the flat and other amenities are good, Svamitva has worst CRM team and they will take their own sweet time even for resolving small queries. No one can understand and help the customer including the director. Our Mental peace will be gone following up with them for getting our concerns addressed. So I would advise to stay away from this group.

You know, I have always known that Svamitva emerald square is premier brand and they will do good job. They have given excellent ambience at this project. I will give them 5 star rating. All fittings and construction is top class. Best amenities. Fab maintenance by team and area safety overall is good. The project is spread over a total area of 2.96 acres of land. It has 74% of open space. Svamitva Emerald Square has a total of 4 towers. The construction is of 13 floors. An accommodation of 337 units has been provided.

Svamitva emerald square is undoubtedly one of Mumbai’s most exclusive project. Location is top class. Safe neighborhood but some water logging in monsoon. Mobile tower network good for WFH and project with ample greenery and open space. Amenity-list is huge withSwimming Pool, Visitors Parking, Sauna, Steam Room, Gazebo, Cricket Pitch, Sun Deck, Vastu Compliant, Basketball Court and more. One of the best project I have ever seen with excellent service and maintenance. Construction quality is top class.
