Lots of greenery and open space for residents but some issues like water supply from corporation, poor maintenance and high maintenance charge. Some flats have also reported issue with construction quality.

It has mostly given what they promised but some issues still remain. I am overall satisfied but need the improvement. Paying a lot more for maintenance cost than expected and still municipal water is not there. They should improve maintenance and fix some minor issue with construction quality. Area is safe with some waterlogging in monsoon. Project offers good amenities and a lot more. Lots of open space and greenery that residents love.

Apex our homes is one project that will please the nature lover. Lot of greenery, nice ambiance, wide road inside and open space. You can use swimming pool and gym while getting 100% power backup, and more facility including ample parking. You will feel safe in the locality while enjoying nice view also. The mobile tower network is good if you are working from home. Maintenance charge is high and overall service could be better. Some waterlogging during monsoon but real issue is lack of municipal water supply. They should fix this.

Cannot give full rating to project. Has been long time in construction and since I am doing WFH, face construction sound every day but mobile tower is decent. Waterlogging is there, maintenance hassle is there and charge for that is also too high and expensive I feel. Corporation water supply is long pending also. But view is great. For shopping there is mall, supermarket nearby and there are restaurant, food court within project and also school and hospital in the area. Safety is good in the neighborhood also.

Apex our homes has been a 60-40 investment with 60% being positive. The remaining 40% is the issue with no municipal water now, very high cost of maintenance and issue with construction quality in some apartments. Waterlogging happens if there is heavy rainfall but working from home is pleasure due to peaceful ambiance and good mobile network.
