Society is kept neat and clean. Hygiene is maintained in the society. All the amenities like lifts, cctvs, gym, clubhouse are present in the society and everything is in working condition. Parks are available in this society.
The society is really bad in terms of connectivity, no public transport facilities are available nearby. Commuting and finding a conveyance is really difficult. The construction qualiy of the society is poor, lot of seepage and lekage issues has been faced in the society. Plaster and wall breaks issues are also there in the society. There is a problem of lot of ants in the society. Shopping complexes,malls,schools are not nearby. No neighbours are in the society, they live alone.

Transportation facilities in the area are also convenient, with access to good public transport options.
As you know, being an ultra-modern and luxurious residential area, the maintenance charges are relatively high. Additionally, traffic jams are quite common due to the location in a metropolitan area, with a high volume of vehicles during rush hours and in the evenings.

Construction quality is good- Gym, Swimming pool, club house is there. People in society are friendly.

The connectivity is really good as the society is located on dwarka expressway and has the connectivity both from dwarka and gurgaon, the society is well maintained and kept clean and all the necessary amenities are avaliable in the society the people in the society are very good and have a positive vibe

The construction quality is good, there are no seapage and leakage issues in the society, even if it arises immediate action is taken for it and the issues are repaired. water logging issues are not faced during rainy season in the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transportations are easily available. lifts are available Security is available people are friendly and cooperative.
During summers the water quality in the bathrooms becomes very dirty. the water tank is there but muddy water is received in the washroom which becomes a major problem

Living in M3M Woodshire is a delight! The society is impeccably clean, making it perfect for our kids to play safely. I particularly appreciate how the society is divided into two parts by M3M Woodshire, with well-maintained sector roads facilitating smooth movement. Nearby amenities make shopping convenient, and the lush greenery adds to the charm. Plus, being close to Najafgarh means we can easily access organic vegetables, making our daily life more convenient.
It's hard to find any negatives in our society because everyone here is so friendly and respectful. We have easy access to all the amenities, making life really convenient.

Living here with my family has been a great experience. The community is supportive and friendly. Being a gated society ensures strict security measures. The well-maintained club adds to the appeal, and the presence of 24x7 CCTV surveillance enhances security further.
Metro connectivity is lacking nearby, and the swimming pool requires better maintenance. Additionally, there's limited parking for visitors, which needs improvement.

The society has a good security system and proper CCTVs are installed. all amenities are available in the society itself like a swimming pool, gym, playground for children, clubhouse, etc. all neighbors are really good we celebrate the festivals together only. the society is well connected as there are malls and cenimas near by and cab connectivity is also good. the society is on the main road and near elevated roads so getting in and out is easy.
Metro station is too far from the society. theough the construction quality of the building is good but their are seepage issues and in rainy season their are water logging issues as well. their is celular receptiion problem in the area.

Everything is good in society. There is good celebration in society. There is two swimming pools available in society. People are very friendly with each and everyone.

One of the best parts about this project is the expansive and welcoming atmosphere, with genuinely friendly and helpful people. There's a great community for food enthusiasts, home-based businesses, and ride-sharing. You can find nearly everything you need nearby or easily order online. The only downside is the transportation connectivity; without your own vehicle, getting around can be quite challenging.
The maintenance of the community has declined since its inception, but it's still decent overall. However, the issue of connectivity persists, especially if you don't have your own vehicle.

There were no parking concerns with this project because there was always enough parking space for tourists and locals. There is no need to worry about your children's education because there are various reputable universities, schools, and institutes nearby. The construction is decent and seems that there is no need for regular maintenance. Floor plans are a terrific method to see how the spaces/rooms in a house connect to one other and provide a buyer a wider picture. The roads are well built and clean with street lights installed alongside. Regarding safety and security, there are no issues as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Connectivity is excellent as lots of public transport options are available.

Overall environment of the society is good.
