The water facility is good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, priced at 2000 rupees. Hospitals are all available within a walkable distance for emergencies, which is convenient. Schools are also there within a walkable distance, approximately 300 meters from the society, on the right gate of the society. Medical shops, fruit stalls, and dental hospitals are there in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society.
Cabs and autos are available at the corner of the society on the main road, which is inconvenient. Ventilation is not good in my flat. The builder is not reliable; he fails to complete what he promises, especially the amenities' works. The association has completed the amenities' works.

Best location in whitefield, near by hospitals, schools, all IT companies, Metro station. All are IT employess are staying in the flats

The gym facilities are top-notch, and the basketball ground offers fresh water every time. Additionally, members have access to a swimming pool that's open all day. The building we reside in offers semi-furnished facilities, including chimneys, which is quite convenient.
The area is situated quite far from the city, and the road leading to the apartment requires improvement by the government. Additionally, there are still a few houses under construction in the vicinity.

It seems that there are occasional issues with transportation and poor roadways in the area. Additionally, the construction material used may not have been of the best quality. However, despite these drawbacks, the society is gated and beautiful.

The management seems indifferent to your money and investments; there's a lack of care and responsiveness once your money is tied up with them. Frequent electricity cuts, occurring every 10-15 minutes, are a significant issue.

The society is well-maintained, and we haven't encountered any drainage issues. Overall, our experience has been satisfying. However, there's room for improvement in responding to emails promptly; it can be quite challenging to get timely responses. On the bright side, the parking space is ample and well-maintained.
It seems like there are several areas that need attention. The CCTV cameras are insufficient, with some not even functioning. Additionally, the distance to the main market from the society is quite far, making it inconvenient for residents. The playgrounds are not well-maintained, which could affect the quality of recreational activities. Issues with water supply, temporary electricity, and the lack of internet connection are major concerns that need to be addressed promptly. Cracks in the walls and the overall location of the project being distant from the main area of the society also pose challenges. Moreover, the dirty and unclean stairs are not conducive to a pleasant living environment.

The community is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative. Water facility is available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. A new hospital will open in front of the society. Garbage collection is very good daily. Ventilation is very good in the flats. Schools are very near to the society; CBH International School buses come directly to the society. The park in the society is very spacious. There are two hospitals available within walking distance. Cabs and autos are also available in the society, making transportation convenient. Power backup is also present in the society.
The swimming pool is still not open in the society; it will open after a month. Public transportation like buses is not available at all times in the society; buses are only available twice a day at specific times.

Additionally, there are two supermarkets, pharmacies, and several stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is friendly, and stores offer free home delivery services. Children's play areas are also available, making it an overall satisfactory place to live.
There isn't much to mention in terms of negatives, unless someone expects high-end facilities like those in renowned builder projects. However, for those with a contented mindset, it's quite comfortable.

There are approximately 550 flats in this society, with the majority of them being occupied. The society boasts excellent connectivity, with a shopping mall, auto stand, and supermarket all within walking distance. Everyday cleaning services and garbage collection are excellent and there have been no complaints regarding the water supply. Within the society, residents enjoy various amenities, including a recently renovated swimming pool, a party hall, a badminton court, a kid's play area, and ample parking for visitors. The flats are well-ventilated, because of thoughtful construction design. Additionally, the society maintains round-the-clock security staff for the safety of its residents.
This society has the availability of public transportation options options a bit far away from the society. There are some leakage complaints in a few flats of the society.

People are very respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. Hospitals and malls are nearby, within 1-2 kilometers, which is convenient. Additionally, malls and restaurants are within walking distance from the society.
The construction quality is not good, and there are some seepage issues in bathrooms, not in my flat but my neighbors are facing them in the society. Additionally, there are some cracks in the buildings. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are not available in the society.

In this society, the major problem is water shortage during the summer months, and the management supplies water with tankers. The amenities construction, such as the gym and swimming pool, is ongoing.

There were a number of homes presented before I found out about BM Magnolia park. I wanted to work with someone I can trust when I made an enormous choice. It's pretty tough to get a house in a metropolis like Bengaluru, where peace and quiet are fostered when traffic and noise are swallowed up. On the other side, the county ofBM Magnolia park provides a pleasant and wonderful setting with many comforts such as intercoms, etc.
