39 Anthea is ideally located in Chembur, Mumbai, and is a well-planned complex. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members.

You hardly face any traffic issues outside the society which makes it more convenient to reach the destination quickly. Abundance parking space for residents as well visitors is available. Water supply is available and you never face any problems in this matter. Anyways, the street lights are good which keeps the area well-lit and the crime rate is negligible.

Shreenathji 39 Anthea is a ready-to-move housing society in Tilak Nagar, Mumbai Harbour. Well-constructed homes with great views make your day. Connectivity is at par as you can reach any place in just a matter of a few minutes. All sorts of transportation options are available because all major hospitals, schools, colleges are nearby which further makes this place desirable to live comfortably. It takes hardly a 5-minute walk to reach the nearest grocery store or shop for daily needs.

It is a residential project located in Chembur. There are 70 units in all. The best thing I like about this project is the lush greenery and well-maintained parks. There are many more pros of these projects like there is a nice clubhouse, gym, and open area with ample parking space which is in abundance and the visitors find it convenient to park their vehicles. The shopping mall, Bus stop, Bank, school, college, and Hospital, are available.

Chembur is well-connected to the rest of the city because of a road that runs through the middle of the suburb. The best thing about this project is the reasonable pricing and green patch nearby that gives a nice view. Greatly constructed buildings as well regular maintenance are other positives of this place. There is Closed Car Parking available. You can buy anything from the nearby market or by reaching the shops, stores and other facilities that are available inside the premises. There are no connectivity issues as you can quickly go to a nearby mall, cinema hall, gym, park, or any other place without facing any traffic issues. It is a good place, especially for those who have kids because there are many schools and colleges nearby.
