Neighborhood is ultra-posh and safe with the best amenities in the form of restaurants, malls, supermarkets, salons and hospitals with some good schools also. Commuting to work is easy with the wide thoroughfares. I liked this project and am worth investing for the long term.

I was staying in a 3BHK premium apartment and I faced a lot of issues. As the residential complex is in a hotspot area, there is a lot of traffic congestion during office hours. Power cuts occur often in this locality

Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. Near all the shopping malls, restaurant, schools, hospitals and offices. Easy to commute nearby places and also has strong construction. Good for long-term investment purpose for residents.

I always wanted to invest in a premium flat and I am glad that I bought a 3 BHK apartment. The location is decent as it is very close to IT park, Railway station, metro station, airport, malls and hospitals.

Me and my wife are facing some issues in our 2BHK flat. There are leakages and also the water supply isn't that regular. I think i need to check with the developer and get it fixed.
