This planned project's occupancy certificate was not issued. The inside roads are lean and well maintained. Thanks to the CCTV cameras and attentive security guards, you always feel safer especially for the kids and senior people. Lots of schools, colleges and institutes are at a short distance. There are shops, malls, colleges, schools and other known institutes nearby. Anyways, there are no traffic jams or mobile network issues in or outside the society.

Daffodils Avenue Somatane consists of four towers, each with 13 stories and 338 units. Even construction quality is too good. There is no issue regarding cleanliness or maintenance of the roads, parks, etc. The water and power supply are good. There are parks, swimming pools, gyms, grocery shops, and other facilities readily available right here. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members.

Daffodils Avenue is a good choice if you're seeking ready-to-move-in projects. All the amenities are present inside the society and there is no requirement to go anywhere outside the society still, colleges, schools, hospitals, malls, and other famous educational institutes are nearby. It would be better if the inside roads are cleaned regularly. There are hardly any problems if you choose to stay here, the mobile network is good and the booked cabs reach here in no time as there are no traffic problems or traffic jams.
