The surrounding people are friendly and helpful. We celebrate many festivals together. Location-wise, within 500 meters, there is a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and milk dairies. The road quality is good, and there are street lights with no issues of parking. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. Maintenance-wise, the surroundings are kept clean, and garbage is collected every day. There is good water and power supply, and the construction quality is good. The rooms are well-ventilated.
Noise pollution is a concern in our society. Traffic and construction activities contribute to the noise, affecting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The society maintains power backups to guarantee uninterrupted service. The society is a nice place to live because of this supporting atmosphere. The structure is quite sturdy, and there are no termite issues in the community. Nowhere are there seepage or leakage problems. The structure is also devoid of any fissures.
The community's general quality of life and convenience are impacted by this lack of amenities. Essential facilities including a clubhouse, gym, pool, garden, and parks are absent from the community.

Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is easily available, making it very convenient for residents. People are very friendly in the society. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7. Power backups are available in the society. Garbage collections are also very efficient; they collect waste regularly in the society. Markets are nearby, approximately 100 meters away, making everything very accessible. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and tennis courts are available in the society. There is a small community feel in the society. Public transportation stops are within 100 meters, making it very convenient. There is also a lot of greenery around the society, making it a pleasant environment.
Amenities like table tennis, badminton courts, and cricket nets are not available, which is very inconvenient for residents. The meters are unavailable due to ongoing construction near the society, approximately 200 meters away, which is very inconvenient. There is also a lot of traffic due to the congestion in the area.

Water facilities are very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately, making it very convenient. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect waste regularly. Public transport stops are available within a 200-meter radius, which is convenient. Parking is available in every society. Facilities like grocery stores, pharmacies, and eateries are available within walking distance, making it very convenient.
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, and tennis courts are available, but not well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are very high, including rent. We are paying around 40000 per month for maintenance. There is no visitor parking in the society. The meter is not near the society, which is very inconvenient.

We have friendly neighbors in the society, making it a pleasant environment. Overall, living in the society is very convenient and enjoyable.
There is no power backup available in the society, and there are no meters available either. The greenery in the city is insufficient, making it less pleasant. There is high traffic around the city, making it very congested. Also, there are no public transportation stops available in the society. Maintenance care services are quite expensive.

The proximity to the Outer Ring Road made commuting extremely convenient and hassle-free. The gym and clubhouse are fantastic amenities, providing excellent facilities for fitness and social gatherings. The community here is very cooperative and friendly, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. During my stay, there were no issues with water or power cuts, which greatly contributed to the comfort and ease of living.
As a former resident of this society, I was quite disappointed with certain aspects of my living experience. The pool was poorly maintained and often unusable, which was a significant letdown. Additionally, the construction of the buildings is quite old, leading to various maintenance issues and a less appealing overall appearance. These shortcomings, unfortunately, detracted from what could have been a much more pleasant living environment

As a bachelor residing in this society, I've experienced a welcoming atmosphere where there's no distinction between bachelors and families. Committee members are responsive, fostering a friendly environment. Conveniently located within 500 meters are supermarkets, hotels, and within 1 km, schools, ATMs, and hospitals. Well-lit streets, ample parking, and a range of amenities including swimming pools, gyms, clubhouses, children's play areas, walking tracks, and a community hall enhance the living experience. Maintenance ensures proper cleaning and timely garbage collection, while reliable water and power supply add to the comfort.
The roads in this society are in poor condition, posing challenges for residents. Improvements are needed to address the deteriorating road quality and ensure safer and smoother transportation.

Roads are well-maintained, accompanied by functional street lights and ample parking. Security is ensured with one guard diligently on duty. Amenities such as swimming pools and gyms are available, maintained to high standards. Regular garbage collection, uninterrupted water and power supply, and spacious, well-ventilated rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment.
The society requires modern amenities upgrade to meet contemporary standards. Enhancements could include advanced recreational facilities, technological integrations, and eco-friendly features for a more sustainable living environment.

The Outer Ring Road and all IT parks, including Prestige Tech Park, are relatively close by. accessible to Marthahalli Junction, which is on a bus route that runs to all parts of Bangalore. There are numerous PGs in the neighbourhood.
