Good things here
Excellent Location adjacent to BKC flyover. Its 2 mins drive from 1 BKC. Flat is on 19th floor with amazing uninterrupted view. Brand new building less than a year old.
Things need improvement
The society is very respectful society with good owners who are very well educated and peaceful. The society location is excellent with doctors and engineers.

The road conditions are satisfactory, and street lights function effectively, enhancing safety during nighttime travel. Additionally, functional lifts, timely maintenance of paintings and waterproofing, and a reliable drainage system add to the overall convenience and comfort of living here. amenities such as a swimming pool and gym, all of which are well-maintained and functional, enriching our lifestyle. Moreover, the vibrant neighborhood fosters a sense of community, with residents coming together to celebrate various events and festivals.
Things need improvement
There is no club house in the society, I think there are good amount of space to have a club house which is missing. There are no nearby metro station available around the society.
