Good things here
The society allocates a sufficient amount of parking space for all residents, and the road conditions are well-maintained. Hygiene is consistently upheld with proper cleanliness standards. Garbage collection is punctual, and wet and dry waste are segregated. Continuous water and electricity supply is ensured, and maintenance is supported by available housekeeping staff. Issues are promptly addressed, and the presence of CCTV cameras enhances security. Elevators are operational and functioning properly. The society enjoys a friendly and cooperative atmosphere among its residents.
Things need improvement
The amenities are outdated, and there is no play area available. Additionally, the construction quality in the society is very poor, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster.

Good things here
The biggest plus point of the society is that the flats have excellent ventilation and receive sufficient sunlight. Cleanliness is maintained, maintenance charges are justified, and there is no issue with leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities. Autos, buses, and cabs are easily accessible from the society. The roads near the society are well-maintained. There is enough greenery. There is no traffic near the society. Festivals are celebrated collectively by the residents.
Things need improvement
The society has a borewell for drinking water, but sometimes tankers need to be called for water supply, as there is no Kaveri water connection available in the society.

Good things here
Living here is great! Maintenance is top-notch - water's always on, and we've got power backup. They're religious about garbage collection, keeping the place spotless. The buildings are solid, no leaks or issues. Parking's a breeze, tons of space for everyone. We've got all the shops we need within walking distance.
Things need improvement
Connectivity here is not available and is very inconvenient. If we book a ride, it won't be available in the area. Public transportation options are not available nearby. Metro stations are quite far, about 2 kilometers away. Hospitals are located around 3-4 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient during emergencies.

Good things here
It�s a small society where people are friendly and everyone knows each other. The management conducts festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganesh Pooja. Connectivity-wise, within 3 km, there is a bus stop, supermarket, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and children�s play area. Garbage is collected timely, and the lift maintenance is good.
Things need improvement
In the society, cleaning is not done timely, and there are many cracks on the walls. These issues affect the overall living experience and require immediate attention and repairs.

Good things here
Living here has been mostly pleasant. The connectivity is excellent, making travel convenient. Maintenance and construction are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The amenities provided are mostly great. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe and friendly as well.
Things need improvement
While everything else is good, the garden is not properly maintained. Improving garden maintenance would enhance the overall attractiveness of the society.

Good things here
There is plenty of parking space for both cars and bikes. The water supply in the houses is available 24 hours a day. This makes living very convenient and comfortable.
Things need improvement
There is so much repairs works needed to done in the society to maintain the proper functioning of the society. There is leakage and seepage issues in the houses. The society only have swimming pool. There is so much power cut issues in the society.
