Good things here
Maintaining of amenities like swimming pool ,club house and gym area is preety good. People are very good and respective. Cleaning of the society is very hyginene infront of the coriders and whole society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good in the society,there are some leakage in the taps . Railway station is very far from the society in between 2-3 kms in the society.

Good things here
Public transports like bus stand is available infront of the society is convienent for buses.Maintaining of club house is enjoyable .swimming pool is clean and hygiene.There is a small grocery shop inside of the society is convieent to purchase any thing .
Things need improvement
Metro connection is very far from the society inbetween 10 kms from the society is inconvienent. Markets are available at out side of the society.

Connectivity like autos are available in front of the society. Construction quality is good. Hospitals are near to the society for emergency. Aminities are well-maintained.

During rain the power cuts are inconvenient. The roads are filled with rain water it is very discomfort to drive on roads.

Parking is safe and ample, allowing for secure vehicle storage. Within a 3 km radius, essential facilities like petrol bunks, hospitals, and vegetable markets are accessible. Housekeeping personnel ensure cleanliness, collecting garbage from each floor. The well-constructed society offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, indoor shuttle court, play area, and mini function hall.

The rent in the society is somewhat higher than neighboring areas, which may pose a challenge for some residents.

Good things here
The society's connectivity is good enough, schools and hospitals are nearby. The society is maintained well. Amenities like gym, clubhouse and pool are there. People are social and there are no egoistic problems among people.
Things need improvement
There are few cracks but that is a very minor issue. Due to rain sometimes the basement floods up but the society pumps it out otherwise everything is fine

Good things here

Security guards do their duties perfectly with the help of CCTV cameras. Mobile connectivity is good here and road condition is also good and there is security guard here and safety is also good here.

The public transport including bus stand, taxi stand are nearby. Good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards.
