Good things here

Society has good connectivity with local transport and public transport.Rooms were spacious,and properly isolated.neat,clean and hygenic surrounding in the society.All the modern amenities were present in the society.

Good things here

There was my gate on the entrance of the society and without approval of owners nobody can enter the society.Allocated parking was there for owners and visitors and every facility was easy to approach near by the society.Construction quality was really good no issues regarding seepage and fittings of furniture.Society was neat clean and well maintained,overall my experience in that society was really good.

Public transport facilities were not at walkable distance from the society though auto and cabs were available easily.There was no swimming pool in the society but the society has club house,basketball court,gym for the residents.

The fact that the market area is within walking distance means residents have easy access to essential goods and services. Having two hospitals nearby is a significant benefit for residents. The presence of one hospital within the complex and another one open 24/7 for both children and adults ensures that medical care is readily available in case of emergencies or routine check-ups. The active celebration of festivals indicates a strong sense of community and cultural vibrancy within the neighborhood. These events likely bring residents together, fostering connections and a friendly atmosphere. Living in a neighborhood with accessible healthcare facilities can also provide residents with peace of mind regarding their health and well-being.

Booking uber ride in the peak round 9-10:30am is a challenge and most of the user driver's don't accept the rides, even if they accept they will cancel it. At times, the transfer of water from the underground tank to the terrace tanks doesn't happen smoothly due to inefficiencies in management. As a result, the water required for your home might not reach the terrace tanks. Despite paying for water maintenance, tenants continue to consume water excessively. The lifts frequently encounter problems, occasionally getting stuck, and there's only one lift in each tower. People themselves aren't problematic, but I encounter issues with the committee members who tend to address problems within their comfort zone. Maintenance tasks often aren't completed promptly.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority in our society, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures ensuring a clean environment for all residents. Additionally, the reliable water supply and electricity further add to the convenience of living here. The construction quality of our buildings is exceptional, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems observed in my apartment. Residents have access to a range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids, all of which contribute to a fulfilling lifestyle. Security is well-managed with the installation of CCTV cameras and properly functioning lifts. Furthermore, the friendly and cooperative nature of the residents fosters a strong sense of community, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together. our society is pet-friendly, with owners adhering to and maintaining all rules regarding pets.
