Good things here
I'm glad to hear that you liked the locality. The transportation facilities nearby are convenient, and the security measures ensuring that outsiders and strangers can't enter the society without permission are reassuring. The environment is also favorable for children, making it a lovely place overall.
Things need improvement
It's frustrating to deal with frequent noise disturbances. Increasing the space between houses could enhance privacy and reduce noise issues. The maintenance services should be improved to meet residents' expectations. Additionally, the absence of metro services means reliance on private vehicles or government buses for transportation, which can be inconvenient.

Good things here
The parking construction is impeccably planned, with a beautifully designed layout. Additionally, amenities like a swimming pool and a picturesque view of the mountains enhance the appeal. The society is conveniently located near the nearest bus stop and station for easy access to various places. The interiors are impressive as well, although the balcony is a bit small.

Good things here
The area around the society provides ample space for walking and various activities. Parking spaces are plentiful and spacious. The swimming pool is a highlight, being long in size and maintained well with regular cleaning, ensuring it's always clean, which is a major plus. Additionally, the clubhouse features a decently stocked gym for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
Occasionally, there are lift issues in the building, but they don't occur very frequently, so it's manageable. Unfortunately, there isn't any ground or designated area for sports activities. The small children's play area near the poolside is limited in size. Additionally, while the clubhouse has a decently stocked gym, it's small in area, limiting space for activities for many residents in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Mall is available nearby. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Society was wide and spacious. Balcony is available and it is big and spacious. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available in the society. Neighbours, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Underground Parking is available in the society.
Things need improvement
Power backup is only available for common areas. Drinking water is not available in the society, one has to arrange it from outside. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Some people are not cooperative.

The public transportation is easily available around the society, The connectivity is good of the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Garbage collections are done on time. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. I personaly didn't face any seepage or leakage issues in my flat. There are amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house that are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The society was full under construction when I used to stay, It was not developed at all. I didn't have any connection with the people in the society.

The connectivity to the society is very good as public transport is easily avaliable and metro is also coming and school,hospitals and market is within the radius of 2 to 3 km

Good things here
It's a posh locality offering luxury amenities at a relatively lower rent. The area features attractive scenery, broad roads, open spaces, banks, malls, and parks. Conveniently, there's a Big Bazaar and Smart nearby, along with an auto stand, bus stand, college, and school. Numerous food restaurants and cafeterias add to the local conveniences. The flats are of a good size and come equipped with essential amenities like lifts and ample parking space.
Things need improvement
Drawbacks include the absence of a nearby vegetable market and limited necessity stores. The area tends to appear lonely in the evening, and the presence of numerous trees and a jungle leads to a mosquito issue.

Good things here
I absolutely love the construction and design of both the house and the entire society. Everything feels very modern, and having a mall nearby adds to the convenience. I highly recommend checking out the house through 99 Acres; I'm confident you'll fall in love with it. There are plenty of activities available within the society, and the power backup is reliable too.
Things need improvement
There aren't many negatives to mention; currently, there's construction happening nearby, but it's expected to be completed by the end of this year, which is positive. Additionally, the less populated area on the Adana side can be concerning at night, but once the society is finished, I'm confident it will improve safety.

Good things here
No water logging issues around the society.Construcuton quality is excellent.all the amenities are there and everything is functional in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Tenant dont have to pay extra to use any of the amenities in the society
Things need improvement
There are many pet animals in the society and there is no as such proper rules regarding them in the society like they roam around the elevator mostly during office time so that is unmanagable sometimes.Local railway station is around 2 km away from the society.
