The society features a moderate green area and helpful staff. Shopkeepers are cooperative, and there's a spacious ground available for cricket enthusiasts to enjoy.

The area suffers from poor network coverage, making it difficult to connect without WiFi. Additionally, the metro station is situated far from the vicinity.

Good things here
HCBS society is a gated community, ensuring that outsiders can only enter with proper identification. Residents benefit from the convenience of numerous departmental stores and a variety of dairy products available in the society's market. Additionally, each tower has its own lift, adding to the convenience and accessibility for residents.
Things need improvement
The only downside is the society's location outside the city, with the metro station and public/private transport options being quite far away. However, other than that, the society offers a good living environment.

Society has indoor play area like table tennis and 2 outside badminton courts. Children's play area with temple inside premises. Multiple gardens with STP Water treatment plant with 24x7 water supply, security, easy house helps, easily avilable public transport, easily access for daily needs, near by Sohna market with Vishal Mega Mart, Om Sweets and other usefull amenities. society funtioning well and eco frindly area with neart to mountains for fresh air all the time with green area.
Things need improvement
Power Back up is only for common area only. However common area have sufficient steet lights and bulbs.

HCBS is equipped with CCTV for enhanced security, restricting access to outsiders without proper identification. The society features various shops and amenities, including a sports club and garden. Part of the society offers scenic views of the Aravali hills, and residents enjoy reliable lift quality, with two lifts in each tower.
Things need improvement
The society is situated a bit far from the metro station, but other than that, there are no major disappointments. Overall, residents find everything else about the society to be satisfactory.

The society maintains a clean and neat environment, creating a pleasant atmosphere for residents. The supermarket offers a wide variety of groceries, making shopping convenient. The climate is fantastic, and the roads are well-maintained. Additionally, the society provides reliable maintenance services, and residents enjoy uninterrupted power supply 24/7, making it an excellent place to live.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, public transport options are limited, and there's a lack of food delivery services like Zomato and Swiggy in the area. Additionally, the absence of metro connectivity adds to the transportation challenges.

The society is well-maintained and offers excellent facilities, including a playground for children and numerous shops for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society lacks gym facilities, and public transport options are limited. Additionally, there's no swimming pool available within the society, and it lacks metro connectivity.
