Good things here

The presence of CCTV cameras ensures good security, while nearby medical facilities and good schools offer convenience. Basic necessities shops in the vicinity cater to daily needs, and a balcony with a good view adds to the appeal.

Things need improvement

Despite its positives, the society faces challenges such as high maintenance charges, lack of playgrounds, pollution, limited open spaces, crowding, and noise.

Good things here

The 81 Aurita Bandra Mumbai Society is ideally situated in the heart of the lively Bandra locality. Residents can relish a blend of independent houses and apartments, with close proximity to landmarks, dining and shopping venues, prestigious schools and colleges, and a vibrant social scene.

Things need improvement

Potential dislikes for any society or residential building may include high living costs, noise pollution, inadequate parking facilities, overcrowding, limited open spaces, and maintenance issues.

Good things here

This lavish society is superbly located, just about 1km from Bandra station. The buildings are modern and offer a great view of the Bandra-Worli sea link from the balcony.

Things need improvement

The rent for this place is rather high, and unfortunately, there aren't many places to visit or malls/shops nearby. Additionally, the proximity of slums to this location is noticeable.

Good things here

The society is truly amazing, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a breathtaking sea view and refreshing cold breezes. Ample parking space and a designated area for kids to play add to its appeal. Moreover, a sense of brotherhood permeates throughout the community, making it a welcoming and harmonious place to live.

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, the area surrounding the society isn't favorable, often plagued by traffic jams. Additionally, just a few meters away, people tend to dump garbage, tarnishing the overall image of the society.

Good things here

The station is conveniently close, approximately 5 minutes away. Additionally, all essential facilities, including schools within 2 kilometers and a hospital/medical center within 500 meters, contribute to the area's accessibility. The infrastructure is well-equipped with amenities such as parking, a ground, security, and a gym, all maintained and cared for properly.

Things need improvement

However, there are downsides such as the distant connecting highway, a relatively rural location, high property rates, restrictions on pets, inadequate planning, lack of metro connectivity, and only a single parking space per flat, accompanied by high maintenance costs.

Good things here

The neighborhood is gated, with CCTV cameras strategically placed. The homes boast luxurious designs, offering a classy atmosphere. Public transport is easily accessible, with Bandra railway station nearby for both local and long-distance travel. Additionally, domestic and international airports are just a 10-minute drive away. Excellent schools and hospitals cater to educational and medical needs, while basic amenities shops are conveniently located nearby.

Public transport accessible

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, there is no parking available for visitors, and there isn't a nearby metro station. Additionally, the space for children to play is limited, and the maintenance charges are relatively high.

Good things here

I really appreciate the locality! The transportation facilities around the society are excellent, making it convenient for residents. Plus, the strict policy of not allowing outsiders and strangers without permission adds an extra layer of security. It's also great to hear that the environment is conducive for children. Overall, it sounds like a lovely place to live.

Things need improvement

It's frustrating dealing with the frequent noise disturbances. Having a bit more space between the houses would definitely improve privacy. The poor maintenance services are disappointing and need to be addressed. Additionally, the absence of metro service leaves us reliant on private vehicles or government buses, which can be inconvenient at times.

Good things here

The area around the society offers ample space for walking or engaging in various activities. Parking is abundant and spacious, which is a huge plus. The swimming pool is impressive and is meticulously cleaned either daily or every alternate day, ensuring it's always pristine. This level of cleanliness is definitely a major positive. Additionally, the clubhouse features a well-equipped gym, which adds to the overall appeal.

Things need improvement

Occasionally, there are lift problems in the building, with occasional interruptions in their service, although this doesn't happen too frequently, which is manageable. Unfortunately, there's no dedicated ground or space for playing sports, just a small children's play area near the poolside, which is quite limited in size. Similarly, while the clubhouse has a decently stocked gym, it's rather small and may not offer enough room for activities for all the residents in the society.

Good things here

This property is excellent! It boasts a park, pool, and fantastic gym facilities. The security is top-notch, featuring one-touch enabled features for added safety. Additionally, the presence of a lake teeming with beautiful, live fish adds to its charm.

Things need improvement

While it's a great property overall, there's a slight issue with the lights going out once a day. Additionally, each unit has its own lift with a capacity for six people.

Good things here

In this area, parks and green spaces are well-maintained, roads are in good condition, and construction quality is excellent.

Things need improvement

The lack of a gym, poor public transport options, limited availability of cabs/autos, and absence of a metro system, coupled with inadequate society management, are notable drawbacks.
