Good things here
The security measures are stringent, allowing only owners or tenants to grant access to visitors. Additionally, there are no power supply issues, thanks to a robust backup system in place. Water shortages are also non-existent, ensuring a seamless supply for residents.

The flat I rented had a severe seepage issue, which caused extensive damage to the interior. The walls suffered paint chipping and other water-related damage as a result.

Good things here
This is a great place to live, featuring excellent architecture and infrastructure. The apartments are equipped with CCTV surveillance, ensuring good security. Cabs are readily available at all times, and there's a nearby bus stop for convenient transportation. The locality also boasts good schools and colleges nearby. Additionally, residents have access to a well-equipped gym and sports area within the premises.
Things need improvement
The metro station is a bit distant from the society, which might inconvenience some residents. Additionally, the maintenance fees are slightly on the higher side. Furthermore, there are no nearby malls or shopping centers, which could require residents to travel a bit for their shopping needs.

A big positive is that there are no issues with public transport, and the airport is conveniently close to the society. Additionally, the society has indoor games, a library, a gym, and a pool facility available.
Things need improvement
One drawback is the absence of a walking area, and the society is on the pricey side. It might be affordable only if you earn more than 2 lakhs. Additionally, there's no outdoor playground available.

Good things here
Peaceful and calm environment, safe and secure with guards and CCTV at every corner, there is a shop within the society for your daily essentials, well-designed infrastructure most of the flats receives sunlight and have very good air ventilation, your lungs will get fresh air always. Location is good and local area is also specious. Cabs/auto are available easily but public convince is not available nearby.,
Things need improvement
There's only one shop, and you'll rely on it for everything. No specific area for a morning walk. The local market is far, and the neighborhood is still developing since it's a new area. Having your own vehicle is necessary for shopping, as not everything is within walking distance. Some towers face west, so some flats might not get enough sunlight, which is crucial for me. Maintenance is ongoing, and it raises questions about why it's needed frequently if the construction is solid.

The neighborhood is well-developed and pollution-free. Staying in pollution-free places makes more sense these days. It is quite convenient to go about, and because it is in the city center, schools and parks are nearby for students. The region, in particular, is walking to markets, and there is plenty of parking. This area is often safer at night. I am looking forward to move in soon.
