Good things here

There isn't much to complain about regarding the property. It's well-built and has all the essential facilities, including an elevator and ample parking space. I lived there for about 8 months but eventually moved to Marathalli.

The area around Kudlu Gate is mainly filled with offices, hotels, and warehouses. The roads are really bad, especially when it rains. At night, it can feel unsafe because there aren't many street lights. Even though the police patrol the area, it's still a bit concerning. The metro station is far away, and traffic can be heavy. There are bus stops closer by, though.

Good things here

The connectivity in the area is excellent, especially with the location being right on Hosur Arterial road and with a bus stop conveniently located opposite. Access to transportation services like cabs and Rapido is easy, making commuting hassle-free. Moreover, the proximity to car service showrooms and Kudlu market provides convenience for residents. Additionally, the area's strategic location makes it convenient to reach prominent areas like Electronic City, BTM, HSR Layout, Koramangala, and MG Road.

The buildings here aren't built as well as those by Sobha. They're decent, but not top-notch. Despite the higher rents, many people still want to live here because it's a popular area.

Good things here

The society has excellent security with two entry and exit gates, ensuring that only residents can enter with permission. There are parking spaces on the ground floor, basement 1, and basement 2. The society consists of multiple towers, each named after a musical instrument. The gaming area is fantastic, offering various game options, and there's a free gym available with maintenance costs covered.

The maintenance cost is high, but it covers access to the gaming area, gym, and other facilities. However, there's an issue with sewage water being reused, leading to occasional unpleasant odors. In one of our houses, a socket is located near the sewage pipe, causing a constant foul smell. Thankfully, the society's maintenance team has effectively managed this issue.

Good things here

It's a gated community with a fantastic inside view and beautiful parks. It's perfect for families, with plenty of green spaces for spending quality time, and kids have great play areas. The security measures are commendable, and there's even a departmental store within the society for convenience. Ventilation is excellent, making it a great place to live overall.

The metro station is quite far from the society, and supermarkets and malls are a bit of a distance away as well. The maintenance charges are a bit on the expensive side. The interiors of the lifts aren't up to par, and the name boards aren't easily visible. Overall, it's not very budget-friendly.

Good things here

It has excellent connectivity to the main Hour road. There are fantastic amenities, ample space, and lots of greenery. The staff does a great job maintaining the place. Overall, it's a nice place to live.

Things need improvement

The community isn't very friendly, and there are electricity issues with different power sources for various blocks.

The neighborhood's location is great, and it's easy to get to HSR Layout. Right across from our area, a new metro station is being built.

The place is in a good location, close to the highway and railway station. There are schools and hospitals nearby, and a market is also conveniently located.

Good things here

The society is spacious, easily accessible, clean, and green. The management is attentive to the needs and cleanliness of the premises. Parks and playgrounds for kids are well maintained. Adequate attention is given to water supply, gas supply, and power backups. The premises don't seem to be crowded.

Things need improvement

There should be more space inside the premises, and additional trainers could be hired for the gym. The swimming pool needs better care and maintenance. I feel the maintenance charges are a bit high. The security guards could be more professional in their body language and communication skills. Also, it would be good to have drinking water facilities in the parks.

Good things here

Great connectivity, good amenities, friendly residents, and a prime location right on Hour Arterial road. There's a bus stop just opposite, making it easy to catch buses. Getting cabs or using services like Rapid is convenient. Car service showrooms are nearby. Kudzu market is close and more affordable than HSR layout. It's easy to reach Electronic City, BTM, HSR layout, Koramangala, and MG road.

The construction quality is not up to the standard of Sob ha, but it's acceptable. The rents are high, but there is also a high demand for the properties.

Good things here

The KGK Shoot group has taken charge of ARE Crescent PARC in Sector 92. They plan to finish all the pending construction and towers, making it a fantastic society. The completed towers by ARE have good construction quality, and towers 1 to 5 already have the necessary approvals. The addition of a large Central Park and an upcoming Club in phase 3 will enhance the living experience. The people in the society are friendly, and there are plenty of green spaces. The security setup is also decent. Overall, it's looking like a great place to live.

Club and swimming pool are under construction with the new developers taking over now. This should be closed in a time bound manner. The external street lighting needs to be improved,

Good things here

The society is spacious and offers many amenities for the price. It has a community of well-educated and affluent people. There are four good-sized parks, a pool, and a club with a kids' play area and gym. The area has good availability of cabs, shops, and malls, making it a nice place to live on a budget due to affordable maintenance and electricity costs.

Things need improvement

The electricity backup is not reliable, and ongoing construction contributes to increased noise levels in the area, causing noise pollution from 8 am to 11 pm. The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) team is perceived as ineffective and somewhat arrogant, hoarding money without much tangible effort. Unfortunately, the society is not pet-friendly, and incidents of guards and residents mistreating street animals, including beating them, have been reported.

Sear Homes Phase 1 is one of the oldest residential societies in the area. It features well-maintained parks and spacious low-rise flats with ample light and ventilation. The occupancy is quite high, given the society's age. The residents are friendly, representing a good mix of generations. There's a temple located outside the back gate for the society's residents. Additionally, there is a road at the back that, while not very clean, could be a good option for walking.

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the society is a significant issue. You might be disappointed to see plaster coming off in some places, and there are major seepage issues in some flats because the construction materials were of substandard quality. The builder abandoned phase 3 of the society, which can be unsettling when entering through the main road in the middle. The remote location, especially in relation to hospitals and essential services like markets, is also a concern.

The society is quite old and features spacious flats in both high-rise and low-rise buildings. There is ample space within the society. If you're considering living in Gurgaon, I would recommend it. It's conveniently located, just 15 minutes away from the Western Peripheral Expressway.

Good things here

The society is in a prime location with plenty of greenery. It's just 100 meters away from the metro station, making transportation easy. There are also several major schools nearby, as well as convenient shopping complexes.

There isn't much wind flow in the area, and there's heavy traffic right in front of the society, leading to a lot of noise and air pollution. Additionally, the road conditions are very poor.

Good things here

Despite being near the signal, the society has used high-quality soundproof windows to reduce noise. There's also space for a yoga gym and a fantastic clubhouse. It's incredibly pet-friendly, and the security services are top-notch. The maintenance team is very helpful and ready to assist with any concerns or questions you may have.

There's not much space in the society, with only seven towers and very small parks. Visitors often struggle to find parking, as there's only one park and one clubhouse, both of which are frequently crowded.

Good things here

The neighborhood is roomy, easy to get around, tidy, and filled with greenery. The people in charge care about keeping everything clean and meeting everyone's needs. The parks and playgrounds for kids are in good shape. They make sure we always have water, gas, and electricity, and there are rarely too many people around.
