Good things here
I appreciate the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that our surroundings are always tidy and comfortable to live in. It's reassuring to know that garbage collection is done on time, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste. Having continuous water and electricity supply is a big relief, as it eliminates any inconvenience or disruptions. I'm grateful that we don't face issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems, thanks to the good construction quality of our buildings. The ventilation in our society is excellent, contributing to a fresh and airy atmosphere indoors. I enjoy taking advantage of the various facilities and amenities available, such as the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. These amenities enhance our quality of life and provide opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, some residents aren't as cooperative as I'd like them to be, and I've found that some owners aren't as trustworthy as I had hoped. The heavy traffic around the area is a constant nuisance, making it difficult to navigate and causing disturbances. One of the biggest inconveniences is the lack of nearby shops, schools, and other amenities. It often feels like I have to travel far just to access basic necessities. Additionally, the amenities within the society itself are not maintained properly, which is disappointing. The presence of a burning ghat next to the society is particularly concerning. The smoke that enters the rooms is not only unpleasant but also potentially harmful to our health.

Resolving the seepage issue should be a priority to prevent further damage and ensure a better living experience for residents.

This neighborhood is very convenient! Hospitals, schools, and a market are all within 1 kilometer, making everything easily accessible. Plus, there are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool for residents to enjoy. Maintenance costs are reasonable at 3 rupees per square foot, and there's plenty of parking space, including visitor parking. The area is also lush with greenery, adding to its appeal.

In some areas, there's ongoing construction, which might cause temporary noise pollution.

Good things here
Cabs are readily available here, and our society boasts excellent amenities such as Clubhouse and gym facilities. We do not encounter any issues with water logging in our area. Our society is equipped with CCTV cameras and functional lifts, without any problems. The parks within our community are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm and in an organized manner in our society.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite distant, and it's nearly impossible to find an auto rickshaw nearby.

Cabs are easily available in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Hospitals and malls are nearby the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The amenities are quite big to be used by all residents. The society is very spacious. The greeneries are properly maintained in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Parking space is available. Paintings are done on time in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Street dog issues are not faced.

The society's connectivity is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. There are water logging issues that are only seen on the main road outside the society.

Where residents will savor all of life's delights, whether on campus or just a short distance away. Here, you will find that homes are spacious and well-built with a great view. Enough parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. There are shops, chemist, ATMs, gym, parks, and swimming pool available here. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only.

I bought a 4BHK flat in Puri Emerald Bay and I am happy with the overall experience. The location is outstanding as it is situated on Dwarka Expressway. The apartments are in excellent condition with two Clubhouses with features like a Bowling alley. There are also Miniplex, Sitting Lounge, kids’ area, Hall, sports facilities and extensive landscaping. The project is RERA registered and has received the best residential property of the year. My family is happy and totally satisfied with the property
