It seems there's currently a water shortage issue, with only 2 hours of water available daily. However, there's good news that this problem will be resolved soon, as water pipeline work is currently underway.

The Thane railway station is about 4.5 kilometers away, and there's a proposed metro station just 500 meters away. Within a 3-kilometer radius, you'll find popular shopping destinations like D Mart, Big Bazaar, and R Mall. Additionally, a multi-specialty hospital is located about 2.5 kilometers away. You can also enjoy TMC water supply in this area
While the gated community offers convenient access to the highway, it's important to note that the water supply might not be available 24 hours. Additionally, redevelopment for the project might take some time. Given its proximity to the highway, there could be potential noise issues for some residents.

Our location offers great connectivity to markets, schools, and malls, and you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the creek. The roads are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing walk away from pollution. Plus, you can easily reach these places using TMT buses. With families on all floors, our society fosters a social atmosphere
The metro is currently under construction, although our location is a bit far from the station. Unfortunately, there's no designated car park for owners, and the gym isn't being maintained regularly

No problem, there's a sharing auto stand just 500 meters away. If you're looking for furniture, you'll find plenty of options about 3 kilometers towards Kasheli. And if health is your concern, Currae and Highland multi-specialty hospitals are roughly 2.5 kilometers away. You won't have to go far for daily needs either, with all kinds of shops within a 1-kilometer radius, and the Dosty Project is practically on our doorstep, just 50 meters away.

It's a peaceful, safe, and quiet area, making it a pleasant place to live. The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute drive from malls like Viviana, High Street, R-mall, and Korma. There are also nearby shopping places like Big Bazaar and Smart. The upcoming metro station at Balkum will further enhance its status as a prime location.
Maintenance of the children's park is needed, and there's a requirement for a designated place for car washing. Other aspects like connectivity are expected to improve after the completion of the metro work.

There's ample space for various activities and for senior citizens to walk. Renowned upcoming builder projects are within a 3 km range, making it a great time for investment.
Water is sparingly available, the nearest station is a bit far, limited visitor parking is available for a few buildings, and the amenities are somewhat nominal.
