Everything you need is nearby: hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport, ensuring excellent connectivity. Basic amenities are available, along with covered parking, and there's no pollution.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. There are no water supply or logging issues. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. A parking area is provided. The RWA is not elected as of now.
Things need improvement
There are some issues related to seepage and leakage issues in the bedroom. The neighborhood is not very friendly.

I have lived in this society for 3 years I got stuck in they elevator 5 times the authority doesn't care if any thing happens to you and parked charges are hiked I have a 4 wheeler for which they where charging me 5,000rs a month and they also wanted deposit as parking 6 months in advance and the parking lifts are also not functional and in any vehicle falls on your vehicle then it's mentioned in their notice that they are not liable for damages think before you purchase or rent a property in this society and the crowd living over here is mostly from slum area so don't expect anything from them

SK Imperial Heights is very good project for people looking to live in prime Mumbai location within slightly better budget. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there.

Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Monsoon sometimes lead to water accumulation which is little bit of problem. But society maintenance is satisfactory and all amenities are very good. Pretty good investment.

SK Imperial Heights is one of Mumbai's best projects; I mean there are no two ways about it! The locality in Whitefield is ultra-safe, happening and with all the best offices, bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping malls, boutiques, hospitals, schools in town! Love the location while amenity list is never-ending.

Mine is 5th floor, and i don't have a proper view from my balcony. This project has some teething problem like water logging in neighbourhood during monsoon and also construction noise which may slightly disturb if you are working from home. I feel the commuting issue will increase in coming years.

Overall a super good investment. We have been to multiple visits to the site and the Sales team is so responsive and helpful. Metro Station, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Schools are very near. Personally i liked the amenities offered in this project.
