Good things here
Around 250 families reside in this society, where the committee organizes various festivals and events, including Republic Day, Independence Day, Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, and Diwali. The society boasts a good security system with timely patrols, and maintenance is prompt with quick resolution of residents' complaints. Regular painting and efficient garbage collection are carried out, ensuring no issues with water and power supply. The maintenance charges amount to Rs. 3000 per month. Within a 2 km radius, residents have access to amenities such as a bus stop, theater, supermarkets, and schools, along with ample parking space. Ongoing construction is underway for amenities like a kids' play area, gym, and swimming pool.
Things need improvement
The roads in this society have numerous potholes, and many walls display cracks, indicating potential structural issues. Addressing these concerns is crucial for the safety and well-being of residents.

Good things here
The society has all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, providing all the necessary facilities for the residents. It is always clean, and nothing is ever dirty. The neighbors are also nice and help each other when needed.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a stationery shop, which causes problems for children. They have to go far to get school supplies. There are no autos or rickshaws available near the society for going far, and if someone wants to eat out, there are no restaurants nearby either.

Maintenance of the place is highly appreciated. The neighbors are very cooperative and fun to live with. The apartment is very kids friendly with higher security and various available amenities.

The public transport system in the surrounding area is very good along with having nearby colleges, schools. This makes the living conditions very comfortable. Natural light and air makes the place more livable.

The place is best for having a dream house at an affordable price along with having a good environment. The rooms are very spacious with a good parking lot available for residents.

The place is fantastic and comfortable for all. The floor structure is commendable and the neighbors are very helpful. Interior designing of the whole apartment is eye-catching with a secured feeling.

The air is breathable as compared to other places in the city. It also has a small play area for children. Water supply is available all the time along with a proper parking area.
