Good things here
Public transportation is easily accessible. There is a play area for kids to play. Cultural activities are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
The society is generally dirty. The lifts sometimes stop working, and when they do work, they're often dirty. It's not very clean. The tiles in the houses are falling apart, and there's a seepage issue in the society or individual houses. People aren't friendly with each other. There are no amenities in the society.

Good things here
The society was pretty clean, with no ceiling or seepage issues in my flat, though I'm not sure about others'. It was quite peaceful back then because there were fewer people in the society.
Things need improvement
Back then, it was hard to get around because there were no autos or rickshaws outside the society. There weren't any facilities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, but there was one park in the society.

She said hum waha par rent pe rehte the. Paani theek aata tha society mein. Gym hai , garden hai lekin koi use nahi karta hai woh. Cleaning achha tha society, lifts were also maintained.

Hum jab rehte the toh develop nahi tha itna, buses wagera nahi chalta tha pehle. Swimming pool nahi hai society mein.

Roads around the society is of good quality and recently it has developed. There is no drainage issues in the society even garbage collection is done time to time.security is good all the araes are under cctv survilance.All the festivals are celebrated in the society and socialism is really good.Spacious parking space is available for owners and visitors in the society. Roads around the society is of good quality and recently it has developed.

Mainetance is poor gym is not well eqquiped and club house is in bad condition barely used by the people.There is no swimming pool in the society.Quality of the construction is poor as there were issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.there are traffic issues around the society.

Good things here
Cab facilities were available nearby. CCTVs and elevators were installed in the society. There was a park and a swimming pool. People were friendly and helpful and festivals were celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Metro station was not available nearby. Construction quality was average with a few seepage issues on the walls. There was no gym in society.

The society has beautiful amenities including play area for children, games room with table tennis. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Metro station is situated at around 500m from the society. Food delivery apps such as Zomato and Swiggy are available. Painting is conducted and garbage collection is done. Neighbours are very helpful and genuine. All the events and festivals including Holi are celebrated together by all the residents.
Things need improvement
The gyms are not maintained as there are no proper equipments in the gym. Broken equipments are available which are not repaired. The metro station is situated far away from the premises of the society and the residents have to have autos to reach there. There is an issue to seepage as well in the building.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is spacious.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Management works very good in maintaining the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. The facilities and amenities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Garaden is available in the society. The People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

There is no swimmingpool available in the society. I've not faced any issues in the society. The society is a good place for living.

Public transport like autos, buses, and cabs were easy to get. The society was connected to the main road. There were no problems with waterlogging. There was no seepage in the society. The construction quality and materials used were good. There was a park area for kids to play.

There were no facilities inside the society. I didn't interact much with the neighbors or other people in the society, so I don't know much about them.

Just there is market around, else everything needs to get worked on. There is gym, swimming pool but not that efficient.

Traffic light is not there, there is alot of major issue of traffic. No metro nearby, No auto nearby. Connectivity is very bad. Mantainance is also not mantained- no cctv is working. Termite and seelan is there. No police force. Everything is 0/0. No cleanliness and higiene is mantained. There is alot of backwardness around my society(gandgi, pani jama and trash). These upcoming wonderful apartments with all the best amenities in them have various options for depending on the needs of the people living in them.
