Good things here
Quality of the construction was too good as far as i lived there was no issues that had been came across,Rooms were spacious and well designed attached with the balcony.Security system was good all the areas were under cctv survilance.There are good schools ,hospitals,chemist,groccery shops near by the society.crowd of the people in the society was really good and helpful.Society was well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment.
Things need improvement
Public transport were not easy to approach near by the society like railway station and bus stand but you can approach for local transport easily. There was only kids play area and club house in the society there was no other amenities in the society.Parking area was too conjusted compare to the vehicles.

Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. Other facilities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Issues that are faced in the society are resolved timely. Security guards are available. Drainage system is very good. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The ambience of the society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses are easily not available outside the society. Water supply issues are faced, and maintainance is very high. Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. Open space and swimmingpool is not available in the society. play area is not that big. Security system could have been better, security inquiry is not done, without enquiry outsiders are sent inside. Security apps are not available. Visitor's parking is available but small in the society.

Transparent management with regular maintenance and relevant prices of homes are the few points that would make you feel that the decision of buying a home is correct. Properties with 100% power backup available. Safety is never compromised and ample parking space with well-lit wide roads. Connectivity is too good as the auto/bus or cabs can be available at a walkable distance. . There are nice parks, gym, badminton court, swimming pool, grocery stores and other facilities here.

No traffic jams in or around the area are not just useful for the residents but also helps the cab drivers to reach on time. Good connectivity to bus and auto stand further helps you to reach anywhere quickly. The perfect blend of greenery with modern buildings creates a peaceful and calm environment. Schools, colleges, institutes, and hospitals are nearby as it takes just a few minutes to reach them. Well maintained infrastructure with lush greenery and lots of amenities inside the same premises and a completely safe place.

The building is of great quality and does not require much maintenance, although the roads are properly maintained and kept clean. Because the security guards are well trained, there is no need to be concerned about their safety and security. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive on time. There are no problems in reaching out to the bus stand or local auto stand to reach your destination.

Residents and tourists can enjoy a calm and clean ambiance that is difficult to find elsewhere thanks to well-kept roads and ample parking space. From the safety point of view, it is a secured place and you can freely commute even during the night. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs arrive on time. Connectivity is good that it takes very little time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cab as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly.

You will also observe that there is a lot of flora on the property, and cleanliness is prioritized without compromising the tenants' safety. Completely safe for women and children because of high-security arrangements which ensure that people living in the society always feel safe. Connectivity is also good and you can avail the public transport facilities without any hassle or just book a cab to reach anywhere quickly. Bus stand, auto stand, and other public transport facilities are easily available nearby and not just this there are no traffic jams in the area.
