Good things here
Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, and the metro station is also nearby the society. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available and well-maintained. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and there are no drainage issues in the society. The residents are good, and all festivals are celebrated in the society.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.Safe and security is ensured of the residents.
Things need improvement
Bachelors are not permitted in the society, and power backup is provided exclusively to common areas such as the lift and common lighting.

He said main pehle rehta tha JM Orchid society mein, autos, cabs wagera mil jata tha. Recently mall ek open hua wahan society ke paas, restaurant bhi hain paas mein. Construction quality was above average, no issues there. Swimming pool tha society mein, gym bhi tha- playspace bhi tha society mein for children.
Things need improvement
Connectivity mein Buses wagera nahi milta tha paas mein woh issue tha, Mobile network ka bhi issues hota hai towers mein.

She left tthe society 4 years back. Extremely good connectivity, with the presence of the Sector 75 metro.Very good cleanliness maintained within the society. CCTV issues were there though it is an electronic item, but issues were promptly addressed and fixed, enhancing security.Good quality paint used in construction, ensuring durability and aesthetics.Clubhouse, gyms, and parks were available and continuously improving. I know this because i visited there few days before. ,Middle segment stays there, everyone is not according to you but still they are cooperative.

Construction issues, indicating potential structural or maintenance problems. Seepage issues, which can lead to property damage and inconvenience for residents.

Connectivity is good metro,auto are easily available hai . construction quality was also good , plaster and fitings are good.

Facilities like clubhouse was not there . on rainy season basement was loging with water . people are faced some network issues.

Schools and hospitals are nearby the society. Auto-rickshaws, metro, and cabs are easily available. The build quality is great, with no reported leakage or seepage issues in the society, and the fittings are of high quality. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, etc., are available in the society. Maintenance facilities are provided on time. High security measures and CCTV surveillance are available in every area, and bachelors are allowed.
Things need improvement
Full power backup facilities are provided, but the cost is high. There are many stray dogs outside the society, which pose a risk. Maintenance charges are high but are considered worth the facilities.

Dedicated parking spaces were allocated for both owners and visitors. The community members were friendly, cooperative, and actively participated in celebrating festivals.
Things need improvement
However, the absence of solar panels was notable, and while generator facilities were available for all areas, the associated costs were considerably high.

However, there are issues with poor build quality leading to leakage and seepage problems. The managing committee is not attentive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance charges are high, yet amenities are not well-maintained and seem to exist only in name. Additionally, only a few festivals are celebrated in the society.

There were supermarkets conveniently located near the society, and transportation was easily accessible, including the metro. The quality of construction was excellent, with no reported issues. Rooms were spacious, well-designed, and attached with balconies, offering good ventilation. The fittings inside the units were of top-notch quality, and there were no reported issues. All modern amenities were available in the society, and everything was well-equipped.

Inside the society, there were no reported issues, but there were traffic problems outside during peak hours, causing inconvenience.

Good things here
Garbage was collecetd on time and it was disposed off nicely away from the society. Since the society was on walking distance from metro station, the connectiviity was super as well as there were many markets nearby the society. No issue with water clogging or infrastructure as such. facilities like swimmings pools were provided to the residents.
Things need improvement
Maintennance can be improved in tersm of their response time. Due to bad connection of telephones and network its hard to reach out to them tehrefore the things doesnt get fixed on urgent basis. Cleanliness of the society can eb taken care of better

As I am a bit old my son drives me to places I want to visit so for me connectivity is good. construction quality of the building is good, there has never been an issue of seepage or leakage. the society is well maintained and all required amenities are available like gym, swimming pool, etc.

Metro station is a bit far from society. maintenance cost of the society was a bit on the higher side.

The good thing is that everything is available in the society including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse. never faced connectivity issues as cab is always available and we have connected elivated roads.

People in the society do now follow the parkign rules toh is vajah se yhan par kaafi ldai hoti rehti hai, koi bhi kisi ki bhi parking spot mein gaadi khadi kar deta hai. our society do not have enough parking space for the guest parking. state government ki busses or public transport easily ni milta metro bohot door hai ek aam aadmi cab toh book karva nahi skta or govt services yhan hai nahi. hmari society ke paas metro station sector 52 noida padta hai and agar main delhi se aa raha hoon toh mujhe pehle 51 par utarna padega then 52 par jana padega then i can reach home jo alag task ban jaata hai as these are not inter connected as is the case with every other metro line in delhi..

It has been 2 to 3 years since I've left the society Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society Society was always maintained and kept clean, hygine is maintained The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports are easily available outside the society.

Sometimes water supply problems happened, but it was informed earlier.

The best thing in my opinion was that there was good open space and ventilation was there, maintenance and construction quality was good enough to rate 4/5 and people living in the society were also very friendly.
Things need improvement
The amenties like pool, club houses all were there but not in very good condition, like gym that was there was very small, the pool wasnt in very good condition.

Good things here
The resident uses his personal vehicle for travelling and is not facing any issue with parking in the area. The condition of the roads are proper. Garbage collection and disposal is done every morning at 7:30 am. Elevators are present and they work very well, they are safe and maintained. If the residents are facing any issue such as electricity problem or leakage then the resolution is made within 24 hours. Proper ventilation and sunlight is available. Swimming pool and gyms are present. Neighbours are cooperative and the society is pet friendly.
Things need improvement
The society does not have additional staircase or fire exit in case of emergencies. The resident does not have any idea about spacious multiple fast lifts. An issue of seepage is also there in the building.

This society is located in a prime location and has a very good connectivty as it has metro at a 5 min walking and school and hospital are within 5 km radius.

The walls are getting sandy as the society is getting old but the management got the painting done so its not that bad now.

The society is really good in terms of connectivity, all the public tranport facilities like metros, buses, autos are available nearby the society. Shopping complexes, Malls and Groceries stores are nearby available. The society's maintenance is top notch in terms of regular whitewashing and painting. All the amenities like gyms, swimming pools, parks, lifts and cctvs are available in the society. No connectivity issues are faced in the society. The construction quality of the society is above average. As such no major leakage or seepage issues have been faced in the society. People living here are well educated, and cooperative.
