Good things here
People are very friendly in the society. Maintenance is very good, the water facility is excellent, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. The construction quality is very good with no issues since it is a new building, so everything is fine. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Security services are also excellent, ensuring hygiene and safety are maintained.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is not good in the society, making it very inconvenient. If we book a cab. Public transportation facilities are also very inconvenient. Facilities such as groceries and other necessary services are not available nearby, making it very inconvenient.

Good things here
The society is exceptionally well-cleaned and maintained. There are no issues with water logging or plaster removal. auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, making transportation convenient. The big ground available for sports and recreational activities is a fantastic amenity that adds to the quality of life here.
Things need improvement
The garbage is often not picked up on time, which leaves the area looking messy. There's also no gym or swimming pool, which is a letdown for those of us who enjoy working out and swimming. Additionally, the ground available for children to play on is quite small, which isn't ideal for their activities. These issues make living here less enjoyable and need to be addressed to improve the overall living experience.

There is a huge lawn in front of the apartment and parking is available in the complex. Medical facilities are provided by this complex and famous restaurants, supermarkets are available within walkable distance.

There are 2 and 3 BHK apartments provided in the area and all the apartments are well-furnished. The residents of the complex are secured and this project is also well-built in a developed area.

The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained where the apartment is located. Every unit has a large balcony and rooms are also quite spacious here. The management gave attention to the security of the people.

There is enough parking space in the apartment and the area is not congested where the apartment is located. This project is closest to the police station and streets are also protected by CCTV cameras.

This complex provides many residential amenities which are required in daily life. The apartment also provides other facilities like video door security, multi-purpose hall, lawn tennis court and a basketball court.
