Good things here

House facility & amenities are good. location is also good. But few things related to society is not appreciable.

Things need improvement

As what I have known about this society, is that there is no proper association formed till date. Everything is still with the builder. OC & Khatha number is not yet given to owners. it's 5yrs since the society is built but not transfered to owners name. This have heard from people in the society. But would like to know the truth.

It has Multipurpose Sports Arena. There are almost all kind amenities accessible with a few minutes walking distance so, you need not worry about anything as the connectivity is also good. The schools, colleges, shops, ATM and other facilities can be reached in just few minutes. Mobile network may concern especially for those who prefer doing work from home.

Safety is good here and there are street lights here, there is not much problem here and public transport is also very good here. There are shopping malls, shops, grocery stores, parks, gym and other facilities that make this place desirable to live. Security guards do their duties perfectly with the help of CCTV cameras.
