Regency Anantam is one of the reasonable accommodations for people. It is highly recommended for people with theme-based architecture and the design of buildings and rooms. This serves tremendous services as well. It highlights the most important thing is that the residence is just 2.5km away from the east Dombivli station.

It featured landscaped circle. Amazing construction and design of homes along with availability of good public transport options makes this a happening place to live. The metro connectivity is awesome and there many schools, colleges, shops, malls, grocery stores nearby. No power cut or water supply problem are there.

It has separate gents and ladies gymnasium. It is situated in such a good location that you get all the facilities like a market, a park, a bus stand, a metro station, etc. You don't even need to worry about your child's education because schools and colleges are also available within a walkable distance. The condition of the road is also good, but sometimes you might face traffic problems. One of the most important facilities that is available is parking space. Nowadays, it is very difficult to imagine a society having enough space for parking. A hospital is also nearby for emergency purposes. Last but not least, safety and security features are very strict.

Safety is taken care very well as security guards are always present and do there work efficiently. Connectivity is not an issue and you can reach anywhere in no time. Calm environment for kids because there are many green parks where they can play and remain healthy.
