It offers well-maintained amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, a temple, and ample parking options for everyone. Festivals and events are celebrated within the community, along with cultural programs. Maintenance facilities are also good, with regular garbage collection and 24/7 water supply.
The construction quality of the buildings is not great, despite being only 8 to 9 years old, as there are some leakage issues. Moreover, there is no proper play area for children within the community. Additionally, the supermarket located within the community has been closed.

The area is isolated, peaceful, and free from pollution, with excellent security featuring CCTV cameras and security guards. The nearby main road provides easy access to bus stops, supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. Both outside and inside cleaning is very good, and construction quality is outstanding with no cracks on walls. The residents are friendly, with many being entrepreneurs who celebrate festivals such as Diwali, Holi, Ramadan, and Christmas in this society.
The society experiences traffic issues primarily during the evening and morning times, mainly due to congestion on the main road, which can cause delays and inconvenience for residents.

I moved out of this community around three years ago. During my time there, the connectivity was excellent, with schools, supermarkets, and hospitals within a one-kilometer radius, along with easily accessible bus stops and a 30-minute drive to the Secunderabad railway station. Maintenance was efficient, including regular garbage collection, water recycling, and access to borewell water and municipal corporation water. The amenities, such as a children's play area, a small swimming pool, and greenery, were well-maintained, and security within the community was reliable.
There are some minor issues in this community, such as the construction quality not being optimal due to the presence of some minor cracks.

In this society, maintenance is top-notch due to regular floor cleaning, and amenities are always kept hygienic. The amenities equipment is regularly inspected by technicians. Amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, walking paths, indoor games, clinic, and supermarkets are well-maintained. We have been residing here for the last 6 years, and there have been no issues with seepages. Connectivity is also excellent within a 1 km distance; schools, markets, hospitals, and a few temples are easily accessible to everyone.
There are some minor issues within the community, such as occasionally one-sided management rules and the absence of a nearby metro station.

The society consists of six blocks: A, B, C, D, E, and F, with a total of around 400 to 500 families residing here. Its proximity to the main road ensures excellent connectivity, making daily essentials easily accessible for residents. Amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, indoor games area, and children's play area are available. All kinds of celebrations are held in the clubhouse. Despite being older, the buildings are well-constructed and free from major issues such as leaks.
There is no playground area for children to play outdoor games. That is the only problem here.
