Water started seeping into the bedroom within 3 months of construction/occupancy. Highlighted it to the builder and they asked us to wait till Summer of 2023. Water continued to seep in even during the rains in Summer. They again said maybe water from bathroom is seeping in. I spent close to 10K on all the 3 bathrooms and wash area. Ideally, this should have been done by them as it was within the 1st year of the purchase. Even after bathrooms are done, water started seeping and no action is taken despite multiple reminders. Apart from that, we haven't received Occupancy Certificate even after one year. Parking is not yet allotted and ramp to Ground floor parking is not yet done. What's alarming is that they are taking all these casually, as if they are used to it. If you are buying property from these builders, do think twice or thrice.
