Good things here
It is a self content city in itself. Wonderfully designed and executed very well keeping every individual needs in thoughts. Very safe spacious, large open spaces and greenery well made well maintained.

Wide and spacious roads

Clean & well maintained

the rates appreciation is not as expected. the commuting issues still persist. the promises about the public transport amenities from govt like monorail project, local train that were to be developed have not developed so far, some things like good main highway road, flyover have been developed but took its own time and with lot of pains to commuters.
