The connectivity of the society was excellent, with local and public transport facilities easily accessible nearby. The society's location on the main road made everything easily reachable. The construction quality was impressive, with no leakage issues. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness, and all amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and more were well-maintained by a dedicated team. Safety was a priority, with guards monitoring access and CCTV coverage across all areas. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors was available, managed by attentive staff. Residents were friendly, and pets were allowed with clear regulations. The roads were of good quality, and there were no waterlogging issues during the rainy season. Overall, the society provided a great living experience.
The metro was not yet available near the society as it was still under construction. The kids' play area in the society was relatively small compared to the number of children living there. This was a family residency, and bachelors were not permitted to reside in the society. The swimming pool was quite large, but it was shared between Gundecha Heights and Gundecha Altura, which were separate societies. This shared arrangement for the swimming pool may not have been ideal for the residents of either society.

The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage during my time there. The basement parking area was well-maintained, with no waterlogging problems. Allocated parking spaces were provided for both owners and visitors, and there was a continuous supply of water and electricity. The residents were cooperative and celebrated all festivals together. In terms of connectivity, it was excellent, with the metro, bus services, and railway stations nearby. There were multiple schools and hospitals in the vicinity, and essentials could be easily obtained from the nearby�local�market.
One of the major drawbacks of the society was the absence of amenities. Apart from lifts and parking spots, the society lacked any facilities. However, there was a small kids play area available for children within�the�vicinity.

Parking is adequately allotted in the society. Maintenance charges are justified. Lifts are well maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated. Residents are cooperative. All modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. Public transportation is easily accessible, such as autos and buses.
The builder has not yet handed over the amenities to the society committee, so although there are modern amenities in the society, they are not maintained well because their maintenance is not being handled by the society. There is a traffic issue near the society.

The construction of the flat is good, there are no issues with leakage or seepage, and ventilation is proper with adequate sunlight. There is ample parking for residents in the society. The lifts are well maintained. Maintenance charges are justified. There are no issues with cleanliness or water supply. The residents are cooperative. All modern amenities are available and well maintained. Public transport is easily available near the society.
There is no inside parking available for visitors in the society, so they have to park their vehicles outside. There is a traffic issue in the surrounding areas during peak hours.

However, renters are not allowed to use the society's amenities, which is a major drawback. This restriction can be quite disappointing for renters who would like to enjoy the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse.

Garbage collection was conducted daily, ensuring excellent cleanliness. Public transport was readily accessible, and there were no problems with leakage or seepage. The residents were pleasant, and our neighbors were cooperative. Festivals were celebrated, and the landlord was accommodating. Security measures were efficient in the society.
In the society, tenants were required to pay separately to use the amenities. Occasionally, there was a slight traffic issue near the society during peak hours. Moreover, there were occasional significant issues with the water supply.

Society has really good connectivity as local tranport facilities are easy to approach and even there are good schools and hospitals near by the society. Society has good security system as there are cctv in all the areas of the apartment. People over here are really good and coperative ,all the festivals are celebrated in the society. Cleaniness is good as timely garbage collection has been done in the society.
Build quality is just average as the construction has become old and sometimes there are issues regarding leakage and seepage . Earlier there were all the amenities available in the society but right now zero aenities are functional except kids play area in the society.

The construction quality is excellent, and there's a school conveniently located on the main road. It's a highly connected area with a nearby metro station, making it easily accessible. All amenities are in place and well-maintained, so there are no significant issues. Everything is well-maintained, including the functioning of the lifts and timely cleaning. There are no problems with waterlogging, making the society overall the best place to live.
There is a significant traffic issue due to the construction�of�the�metro. otherwise, there is no need for further improvement in society, society is perfect in everything.

Within a 2 km radius, you'll find all essential facilities and local transport options readily available. Additionally, the railway station is within walking distance. The apartment rooms are spacious, and the society maintains a clean and hygienic environment.
The club house of the society has been inaccessible for a year due to ongoing issues with a neighboring society. Additionally, the atmosphere can be noisy because the apartment is located beside a railway track.

Withing the range of 5 km ,everything was available in terms of local transport facilities or essentials . allocated parking has been provided for both visitors and resident. security and Maintenance system is great
There are no amenities present in the society which is a major draw back for the society
