Project is in a very bad condition. No maintenance since last 4 year. They handover the project without registration. I am sharing some fact same u can verify. 1. Tower lobby work pending 2. Shaft covering work pending 3. They stopped common area maintenance. 4. Most of the owners struggling for registration after 4 year of the handover of the flat. 5. Library is not functioning. 6. No maintenance on structural damage. 7. Forced to pay and sign for tax return paper 8. Maintenance team will never listen to resident. 9. Most of the gym equipment's are not working and proven for accident. Because of n number of problems most of the owner sold there property.
