Good things here

The connectivity is fine as i live near the elevated road so getting in and out is easy, autos and cabs are easily available but I prefer using my vehicle only. all the required amenities like a gym clubhouse park are available within the society itself. neighbors of the society are good we do celebrate festivals together.

Metro is a bit far from the society and there is the issue of water seepage and water leakage.

Good things here

Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors and .All the festivals and cultural activites are conducted in the society.power back up facilities are also available and all the modern amenities are present in the society and everything was well maintained and fully functional.High security system as all the areas are under cctv survilance,Society is neat,clean and hygenic.

Things need improvement

Public transport facilities are hard to approach like there was no metro station near by the society and frequency of the buses is very low.Buid quality is poor as there are leakage and seepage issues in the society right now renovation work is going on to tackle this.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society Mobile network issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues is faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. Maintainace charges are affordable. street dog issues are not faced.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Malls are also nearby the society. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Pest control and paintings are done on time. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Basement parking is available for all. Elevators works properly and is maintained on timely basis. Balcony is available and rooms are properly ventilated in the society. People are very understanding and friendly in the society.

The society is good in all terms, I have not faced any issues as such while staying in the society. I like the society as it is and I don't think any improvement is required right now.

Good things here

The society offers a number of amenities such as gym, clubhouse, pools, parks, lifts, cctvs. The construction quality again has no issues - no major seepage, leakage or waterlogging issues are there in the society. Society is kept neat and Maintenance&cleanliness is one of the plus point of the society.

Things need improvement

The society is very bad in terms of the connectivity. It is very difficult to find the public transport facilities like buses,autos. I personally face a lot of problem in this aspect as i do not have a personal conveyance as of now. The second major concern is the area outside the society is not at all safe. There has been a lot of incidents happening like snatching the chains, mobilephones. CCTVS should be installed outside the society as well and security should be improved as well.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity around the area is quite satisfactory as cabs and buses are easily accessible. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are decent. Schools and hospitals are available nearby. Maintenance is taken care of with regular cleaning. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is well managed with residents easily getting all the public tranport facilities like buses, autos, e rickshaws. Roads outside the society are very well maintained and well connected to the main areas. No seepage, leekage, or waterlogging problems in the society. Society offers nearly all the amenities like gyms, clubhouse, swimming pool, parks, gardens, parking facilities, cctvs and everything is well maintained and are in working conditions. RWA is active in the society taking care of all the areas of society. Shopping mall is very near, groceries store are also nearby. People living here are very coopertive and of friendly nature.

Good things here

Public transport was easily available. it had a good connectivity. Maintenance was very good. Every issue related to maintenance was resolved very quickly. There is no issue of water seepge, dampness or logging. Construction quality of the society was very good. Amenities like pool, gym, club house were availabe and they were well maintained. There wa issue of stray dogs. There is a highway near the society. We never interacted with the neighbours. All festivals were celebrated here.
