Good things here
Living in Sobha Daffodil in HSR Layout seems to be a positive experience for you. The well-maintained greenery and parks within the apartment complex add to its charm. Having a supermarket conveniently located within the premises eliminates the need to venture outside for daily essentials, enhancing convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that the public roads around Sobha Daffodil aren't up to standard, especially if they've been blocked off, causing inconvenience to residents and the public alike.

Good things here
Sobha Daffodil offers a serene and green environment with multiple parks for relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise. The convenience of nearby grocery shops and branded showrooms within a short distance adds to its appeal. Additionally, the use of the myGate app for security management seems to be a convenient feature for residents. However, the shallow swimming pool may be a drawback for some residents, especially those looking for more depth for swimming.
Things need improvement
The lack of shops within the society might be inconvenient for residents, especially if they rely on local vendors who occasionally visit. Additionally, the swimming pool may not be well-maintained and might only be suitable for children due to its shallow depth. The construction quality, particularly of the wooden doors, seems to be subpar, which could affect durability and security. However, the relatively peaceful environment despite the nearby traffic congestion is a positive aspect to note

Good things here
Had been here for more than 1 year. Very well maintained and has lots of greenery. Security staff doing a good job to make a secure society. Well-priced rent is the good thing about this society. Pet-friendly society.Has a swimming pool, CLub house and other well maintained eminities.,
Things need improvement
The only thing I dislike about this society is it is too far away from the main road nearly 1km walk to reach the main HSR road. Another thing is maintenance cost is too high.Otherwise perfect society to live in HSR,

Good things here
This location is in a clean area with all the necessary facilities nearby. Being on the Kalyan-Nashik highway makes it easy to travel anywhere, and I believe it's a worthwhile investment.
Things need improvement
The area near the society experiences heavy traffic, and the ongoing construction of the metro is causing even more congestion. Additionally, there is a significant amount of dust entering the area.

The place features numerous gardens and a dedicated play area for kids. Multiple volleyball grounds and basketball courts are available, contributing to a sports-friendly environment. The well-maintained gardens add to the overall aesthetic. Phase 1 includes a gym facility. The proximity of Star Bazaar provides convenient shopping options. The availability of cab drivers outside the apartments at all times ensures easy transportation. The strategic installation of CCTV cameras enhances security. The society actively celebrates most festivals, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. Overall, it's considered a good place to reside.
Things need improvement
The major issue is connectivity.f you have a car or a bike, you can go to work on your own. Otherwise, you'll have to depend on cabs, which can be costly. The area also gets a lot of dust from nearby places, especially in Arthur. The quality of the flats in SDA is just okay. They don't have an outdoor sink outside the kitchen, which is usually needed. Unfortunately, there's no metro connectivity.
