Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The society has not got any water supply issues. There is no water logging issues in the society, drainage system is good in the society. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Seapage and leakage issues are not faced at least in my flat. The construction quality is good as plaster quality is good. People are good in the society.
Things need improvement
The main issues in the society is the maintainance of the society, there should be more cleanliness in the society. The staff is there for cleaning but the society is not maintained regularly. Parking issues are faced sometimes in the society. Allocated parking spaces are not given even after paying for the parking. It's an open space parking. The switch board that's in the wall are not in good condition, there are cracks seen on the wall around it. The Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. The people of the society are sometimes good sometimes due to parking issues quarrels happens with them. CCTV cameras are installed but they just cover the main gate. Lifts are available but these are not functional properly.

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society even there was local market nand groccery shop near by the society.Build quality was good as there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Society has good security system there was cctv in all the areas of the apartment.
Things need improvement
There are no as such facilities in the society and there was zero amenities available in the society.Cleaniness was poor as time to time to mopping and all is not done.water supply was bounded by time and there was no power back uo facilities available near by the society.

Good things here
CCTV and security is there in the society. since everything gets easily available therefore location is the plus point of the society. all festivals being celebrated. cleanliness of the society is the plus point. parking is specious, every local transport available. Decent maintenance charges not much high. No leakage or seepage issue
Things need improvement
There is no gym and swimming pool in the society there is need construct one.

Good things here
Local market,Auto,cabs are easy to approach near by the society.Bus stand is at walkable distance from the society.High security system in the society proper collection of garbage in the society.Crowd of the people is good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society,most of the crowd is of senior citizen in that society.
Things need improvement
Water supply issues are there in the society.There is only one swimming pool and small kids play area rather than this there is no amenities present in the society even though swimming pool is not functional since years now.There were seepage issues sometimes.

Good things here
The auto-rickshaws were readily available near the society. The society was very clean, and all modern amenities were present. The flats received plenty of sunlight and were well-ventilated. The residents were very good, and pets were allowed in the society. The roads outside the society were good.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool was not well-maintained. The malls and restaurants were not nearby. During the summer, the water supply would be shut off for 4-5 hours. Visitor parking was outside, and there was limited parking space for residents, so some people would park their cars outside.

Tanish Icon is a beautifully structured housing complex which is established in a prime area of Samarthg Nagar, Pune city. Some healthcare centres are situated within 2 km. from this area.

The rate of buying an apartment in Tanish Icon is within the budget. Rooms are quite huge and some other facilities like 24-hour clean water supply and a big community hall are involved there.

A popular cinema hall is situated within 1.5 km. from the nearby areas of Tanish Icon. On the other hand, police patrolling is also observed in the neighbourhood of this beautiful housing complex.

A few educational institutions such as schools and colleges are established within 1 to 2 km. from the neighbourhood of Tanish Icon. Some medical stores are also located within a walking distance.

A gym and a nicely decorated terrace garden are also involved within Tanish Icon. There is a good arrangement of various types of indoor games for the betterment of the residents.
