Good things here
The housing society offers great connectivity, making it easy for residents to travel around. The roads are well-connected, and there are good options for public transport nearby. Maintenance is excellent here; everything is kept clean and in good condition, from the gardens to the buildings. The construction quality is solid, ensuring that homes are strong and comfortable. There are also many amenities available, such as parks and shops, making it convenient for residents to access everything they need. The social life in the community is vibrant, with lots of events and gatherings that bring people together.
Things need improvement
Some apartments in the housing society have experienced seepage issues. However, the management team has been quick to respond and fix these problems, which is reassuring. While this has been a concern for some residents, it's good to know that issues are addressed promptly. Overall, despite this challenge, the housing society remains a good choice for those looking for a well-connected, well-maintained community with plenty of amenities and a strong sense of community spirit.

Good things here
The community is proud of its superb building quality, free from termite infestation, leaks, seepage, or cracks. Living conditions are improved by sufficient sunlight and proper ventilation. Frequent cleaning and waste collection services can be counted on. Stable supplies of water and electricity are available, and parking is reserved. The well-maintained elevators, excellent connectivity, and accessibility to public transportation (bus, car, and taxi) make commuting effortless. The neighbors are also amiable and pleasant. Markets, hospitals, and schools are all conveniently close by. Safety is guaranteed by security personnel.
Things need improvement
But there aren't any basic facilities in the community, including a swimming pool, playground for kids, clubhouse, garden, or gym. Residents' leisure alternatives and possibilities for community engagement are negatively impacted by these absent facilities.

Good things here
Connectivity is great, with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring smooth lift operation, thorough cleaning, efficient garbage collection, and timely water tank cleaning. Amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and parks are exceptional. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
There's a notable issue with guest parking; it needs to be increased to accommodate more vehicles. Despite this, amenities are indeed great, and everything else about the society is commendable.

Good things here
I love how neat, green, and calm my society is. It's in a peaceful spot, and everyone is friendly, good amenities. Plus, our Society association makes celebrations extra fun!
Things need improvement
Following are few issues with Purvanchal Silver City - 1. It is having plumbing issues. Not just in my flat but all the flats, in almost all towers have drainage blocked frequently 2. Very tight parking

Good things here
CCTV Cameras and lifts are installed. No issue of Water logging in the society. People are helpful. Eco friendly and beautiful society. Gyms and swimming pool are available.
Things need improvement
Metro is 3 kms away from the society. Residents have to take Auto to reach the metro station

Good things here
Schools and hospitals are situated nearby and is easily accessible. There is moderate traffic which is not an issue as mentionjed by the resident. Swimming pools, gym and other all the amenities are available in the society. Neighbours are decent and helpful.
Things need improvement
Proper ventilation is not there in the society. Painting is not conducted frequently. Seepage and leakage is very common in all the buildings of the area.

Good things here
The people here are really nice, and they like celebrating festivals together. This makes everyone feel closer. It's great to have things like a pool, gym, and clubhouse where we can relax and hang out with friends. Overall, it's a really nice place to live because of these things.
Things need improvement
The buildings here are just average, not new, which leads to seepage issues that are quite troublesome. Additionally, the people are only average in terms of being cooperative, which can be disappointing.

Good things here
Cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Roads outside the society is in good condition. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available outside the society. Metro is very far from the society. People are not that friendly and cooperative, interactions happens very less. Water supply is not good. Taps leaks a lot. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Sab accha hai society mein. Paas me hi ek local supermarket hai toh woh easy accesible rehti hai. Ola, uber aa jaata hai. Sabki apni personal parking space hai, no drainage issues. Lifts bhi sahi chalta hai. Painting hota hai society mein har saal. No seepage/leakage issues faced. Balconies hai flats mein. CCTV cameras hain lifts mein, security guards rehte hain. 2 fire extinguisher rehte hain ground floor mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse hai society mein. Playspace for children is also there. Neighbours kaafi friendly hain.
Things need improvement
The only issue is that metro is not available nearby. Nearest metro is sector 137 around 15 mins away , delhi metro ka nearest metro station 25 min door hai. Auto stand koi hai nahi paas mein. Local buses bhi nahi milta hai paas mein, bas school ki hi buses aati hain. Pesticide control society nahi karti , apna khud karwana padta hai.

The society is experiencing issues with its water quality, which is not up to par. Additionally, there's poor connectivity with no metro or nearby public transport options, making it difficult for residents to travel. Moreover, there are problems with the ceilings and seepage within the society, further adding to the residents' challenges.
