Good things here
Society is located on centre of the area so connectivity is really great like auto ,cabs and schools hospitals local market is near by the society.Build quality is really great as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage issues in the society.Good security system like all the areas were under cctv survilance and even to time garbage collection in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society good socilism in the society.Lots of open space is there in the society and proper allocated sitting area has been provided.
Things need improvement
All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym,kids play area but tenants were not allowed to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
Neighbours are friendly and society celebrate all festivals very well. Gym, garden and swimming pool is there in the society.
Things need improvement
As per POC' society wale garbage ki dustbin road pe hi rakh dete hai gate k samne us vajah se bohot badboo ati hai vaha pe. there are cracks on wall of the building. society me generator hai per vo bus lift our baki common area k liye hi hai there is no power back up for flats in the society.

Construction of the apartment is excellent and rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.All the modern amenities were threre like swimming pool ,club house ,gym and everything was well maintained.Spacious parking area for owners and visitors.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Connectivity is really god like schools,hospitals are at walkable distance from the society.There are no water logging issues outside the roads of the apartments.High security system all the areas are coverd with cctv.
Things need improvement
Chichwad railway station is 5 km away from the society.Power back up facilities were not there in the society.

Campus of the society is very big so its feels good to walk around in the morning and do excercise in peaceful environment ,near by society we can easily connect to local transport facilities

As such there is no many indoor games in the club house and that should be added and everything was quite good in the apartment

Good things here
Overall my living experience in that society was top notch.grocerry shop,essentials ,local transport everything was available just outside the apartment.all the modern amenities are provided and very well maintained.security system was great and cleaniness was big plus point to live in the apartment.24/7 water and electricity supply.

Power back up facilities were provided to common areas like lift and lights only

Society has good connectivity with local transport facilities.bachelor's were allowed in the society.all the amenities were highly maintained.

Construction quality was little poor,leakage issue were there in the units.power back up facilities were not available .

Rooms are quite spacious even tough 2 balconies has been provided.connectivity is great,local transport available easily.socialism is good in the society.

As construction has become old,sometimes there are some leakage and seepage issues.there is no as suchh good amenities in the society.

Good things here
I use my personal vehicle to travel, We use to face issue with tarffic before but now it has been less crowded, There is no basement parking, only open and stilt parking is available in the society. Street light is installed outside the society. Amenities like Gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well functional, Society is hygenic and all the issues faced related to plumbing, electrical and carpentry are resolved in timely manner, There is a extra staircase for emergency or fire exit. People are friendly and educated in the society.
Things need improvement
Nothing comes to my mind if i talk about betterment or improvement needed in the society.

Auto, bus, market and restaurants sab kuch nearby tha fir bhi traffic ka koi issue nhi tha. power cut nhi hota tha, power backup pure flats and common area ke liye bhi tha. log bohot acche the. her buildings ke bahar ek and main gate pr do security guards khade rahete the, cctv cameras bhi the. pani 24*7 milta tha. society me walking ke liye bohot jagah thi. society ke andar ke roads bohot ache the. sari modern amenities thi and well maintained thi. construction quality bohot acchi thi flats ki.

Shopping malls pass me nhi the. visitors ke liye alag se parking space nhi thi. society ke bahar ke roads thode tharab the.

Good things here
Maintenance sahi hai society mein, garbage collection, power supply sab sahi hai. Connectivity mein public transport mil jata hai paas mein, market bhi hai paas mein. Basic amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse sab hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Society ke andar mobile network nahi milta hai, koi phone nahi milta hai. Yeh sabse bada issue hai society ka, wifi nahi lagwaya hai humne, mobile network hai hi nahi, normal calls connect nahi hoti hain. Aur koi problem nahi hai.
