Firstly location, location, location! Possibly best location in Mumbai (I know am being little farfetched but still!). Everything at fingertips for me. Area is safe, posh and with top class civic facilities. Only some water does accumulate in heavy monsoons but that is only a temporary thing. This well-developed area is connected to the major parts of Mumbai. The place is close to well known hospitals, education institutions, recreational areas, etc. the comfort of living gets a bigger and better definition in this cozy residential project. I am looking forward to move in soon.

Indeed,Bachraj lifespace has delivered stunner with this project. Look at the gorgeous design. Construction quality is superb and so is interior. All kind of facility is there in the project. Neighborhood is posh and buzzing. You will get everything at hand. All major road go nearby. Area is super safe, buzzing in evening and cool crowd is hanging out nearby. Basic civic facility is top class but monsoon water logging still remains issue. Wide roads, greenery, open space what is there not to like? I am happy with the investment.

It has met all my expectations. Amenities are superb; particularly appreciate the spa and Jacuzzi along with sports facilities, lap pool and what not. Almost everything you can imagine is already here in this project. The area is safe for moving about till late at night. Water logging issues still remain but then that is still minor. Overall, a full and high rating is what I would give. Seriously impressed!

What can I really say about Bachraj lifespace other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big project in Mumbai City. It offers a gorgeous view from every floor. Location is the best part of project for me. No worry about their safety in this area. Get good mobile tower even on higher floors, I checked myself. Construction quality and type is very good and society respond fast also. Saw some water logging this time during monsoon but should be fixed soon.

Bachraj lifespace is one of Mumbai’s best projects, I mean there are no two ways about it! The locality is ultra-safe, happening and with all the best places in town! Love the location while amenity list is never-ending. Some of my favorites? Volleyball Court, Football Field, Internal Roads, 24X7 Water Supply, Intercom, CCTV, Fire, Fighting System, Power Backup, Gymnasium, Lift(s), Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain Water,Harvesting, and more. Construction quality is top class from a project of this stature and maintenance is excellent. Mobile network is also very good in the area as I saw from my field visit.
