Very Strict Society Rules for Singles on Rent... High Rent_ If you take Flat as Single thinking you will Bring a Friends and share Rent...Not possible.. Don't Trust any Broker....Talk to people in society Before taking Flat Here you will loose lots of Deposit Money as well as Brokrage Tenant also Has to pay extra Charges to Society.. Also Very Strict Rules for Tenants
