Good things here
Each wing of the society has a security guard stationed in front. The residents are friendly, and festivals are celebrated together. There is a garden, and water supply is available 24/7. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and public transport is easily accessible.

The apartment experiences issues with leakage and seepage. Cleanliness standards are below expectations due to dustbins placed at the entrance, which is unpleasant. The clubhouse is non-operational, and the lifts are not well-maintained.
