9741698715 The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Lift is available. spacious balcony is available The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. The society has got open spaces and it is very spacious. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space was good for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheelers in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.
Currently experiencing water supply issues, necessitating residents to store water. Additionally, there's a desire for a larger clubhouse to better accommodate social gatherings, and residents feel the gym could benefit from more equipment.

Haware Splendor stands out as one of the finest societies in Kharghar, boasting well-constructed high-rise buildings offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats. With gated 24*7 security, residents enjoy peace of mind. The architectural design is impressive, complemented by ample green parks that are meticulously maintained. Basic amenities such as hospitals, malls, and schools are conveniently accessible. Public transport and cab availability are excellent, and there are plenty of shops within the society, making it a truly desirable place to live.
Despite its many positives, there are some drawbacks to consider about the society. Many residents express dissatisfaction with the management team, citing a lack of proper management structure. Additionally, the maintenance charges are notably higher compared to other societies, which some find burdensome. Traffic jams near the society are a common occurrence, exacerbated by poor road conditions, particularly during the rainy season. Maintenance services are also subpar, with frequent seepage issues being a persistent problem.

Society is highway connected. construction quality was up to the mark since no leakage issues faced. though buses autos were accessible from the society there were no traffic jam issue on the roads. Market hotels restaurants everything is nearby. security is up to date since they use apps for security. landlords were very understanding. gym and swimming pool is present in the society. water supply is for 24*7. neighbours were friendly.
Society doesn’t have visitors parking in side. there is no basement parking available.

Despite its merits, reaching the main city and airport from the society is time-consuming. Furthermore, there is a lack of clubs for nightlife entertainment and limited parking spaces available. Additionally, the absence of metro connectivity and high maintenance charges are notable drawbacks to consider.

The society is spacious and well-lit, with CCTV facilities and dedicated security personnel stationed in each wing, ensuring safety. Its proximity to the metro station, just a 10-minute walk away, adds to its convenience. Notably, there have been no untoward incidents reported in the open areas of the society for the past 15 years, since 2021.
In our neighborhood, we often face water shortages, with supply limited to mornings and evenings. Getting to the nearest bus stop for public transport involves a 10 to 15-minute walk. Plus, with a playground near G wing, the evenings can get pretty noisy with children playing.

Security was very efficient. buses and autos were available in front of the society gate. society was fully maintained in terms of cleanliness. society ka sara area rat me properly lit up raheta tha. landlord cooperative the. society bachelors friendly thi.
There was no metro station near to the society while living there. schools and colleges were not near to the society. I can say market was only 60% accessible from the society. water supply was main concern, enough drinking water was not available. we used to bring cans of water to drink. apps were not in use for security.

Sector 20 in Kharghar is undoubtedly one of the prime locations, offering excellent amenities and a desirable living environment.
The location of the property is excellent, with nearby gardens and markets, offering convenience and easy access to essential amenities.

An ideal neighborhood, situated away from the hustle of Gaothan, boasts a picturesque view facing the CIDCO garden. It's centrally located, with friendly neighbors who celebrate festivals with great enthusiasm and participation, making it a vibrant and welcoming community.
While it's a fantastic locale, one downside is the parking situation, as there's no designated visitors' car park within the society. However, aside from that, it's challenging to think of any other negatives about this wonderful place.

Connectiivty is really good as bus stop was 200 meter.railway station was 3km and metro was just 250 meters away from the society.All the amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,kids play areas etc.Crowd of the people was really good and coperative.Earlier there was issues regarding water supply but managing committte has reslved this issue and since long time there is no issues regarding waster supply.electricity supply is available for 24/7.
Cleaniness should be improve in the society.maintenance is poor as cctv is not functional and well maintained.There is lots of issues regarding car parking management as allocated parking is not provided.Lift has become really very old and number of breakdown has increased.Power back up facilities has not been provided.maintenance charges has increased suddenly.
