The quality of the construction is unsatisfactory due to several issues, including minor seepages and poor-quality doors and windows. Additionally, the lock systems provided for the main door do not function properly, necessitating frequent replacements.

Do not come to rent any apartment here of you have a 4 wheeler. Land Owner controls this building if there are individual home owners. There is regular water problem. Association is pathetic. No one will respond on time. The maintainance per month is 3k which is way high compared to the services they provide. Security is not staffed hence 3 random guys are doing the security job, they sleep at night. Theft rate is high.

There are bus stations and a train station nearby. There is a metro station nearby. The internet connection is fast and reliable. Apartments are offered at a reasonable cost here. Within a 6-kilometer radius, there are four malls. Swiggy/zomato has a plethora of eateries and selections.

This is great for middle-class families that want to live in a large city but cannot afford it. Nonetheless, there is a lot of traffic; it takes around half an hour to cover a 3km stretch, especially between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. because it is the residence of the IT cluster.

Adhunik Serenity is a Bangalore home neighbourhood with a neighbouring retail area, Kamla Nagar, and all amenities available door to door. There are also a considerable number of schools and play areas for children with adequate amenities.
