Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance is great in the society. Water facilities are very good, power backups are available, and garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and maintained well in the society. The greenery in the society is very good. Parking space is sufficient, and there is visitor parking available in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor. There are leaks in the parking area, making parking very inconvenient. There are no public transportation buses available nearby. There is no metro station available near the city. Maintenance charges are very expensive; we are paying 40,000 rupees every three months for the society.

Connectivity like Uber and cabs is easily available for e-book downloads in the society. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. Public transportation is conveniently available within walking distance from the society. Metro stations are available approximately 3-4 kilometers away from the society. Greenery in the society is very good. The society has a lot of green areas, making it a pleasant environment to live in.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor in the society, with frequent issues such as leaks and seepage. Maintenance costs are high, as we are paying around 14,000 per month in the society.

The apartment complex is ideal for senior citizens, who enjoy living there and are good at socializing with each other. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and a school all within 1 km. The street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Maintenance is reliable, with housekeeping staff cleaning properly and regular garbage collection. The water and power supply are dependable, and the lift is functioning well. Amenities include a swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, gym, clubhouse, and community hall. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues, and the apartments receive good ventilation and sunlight.
Things need improvement
The road condition in the society is poor, which affects convenience and safety for residents and visitors alike, requiring attention and improvement for better accessibility and comfort.
